Help with my Green Dot issue

I sent in a dispute form to corporate office and file a claim on the phone as well. I had five dispute for Post Mates and only got credit for one unauthorized transaction. What's going on what else do I have to do to get my funds return.I even notice Walmart is trying to charge me again after the money was posted. I need to dispute that as well. $**.** Walmart. The charged was posted already and I only order * item and got it already. Please respond as fastest as u can. Henry

How GetHuman-henryhob fixed the problem
Sumbit the proper documents including the transaction you are disputing. If it has posted already it better to call to speak with a live agent to do the dispute. You will given a case * use for that dispute. Its a shorter process because money posted already. If it's pending dispute you have to wait for it to post to account. Then you call a live agent and do a new dispute claim. You will get another claim number because it's another unauthorized charge. This part of pending part you have to wait til it post. No one can control the transaction process. Hopefully this helped.
