The issue and preferred resolution, in GetHuman-leyland's own words:
My card was stolen, so I canceled the card and ordered a new one. I thought I could buy a new card and transfer my money to it but it won’t let me until I get the card with my name on it. If I ordered my card Sa****ay is there any way to check and see if it has been mailed out yet?
I trust that Green Dot will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
