The easiest way to resolve any billing issues with Green Dot is to call 866-795-7597 and press 1 to get to a live representative from Green Dot . From there, you will need to enter your 16 digit card number or enter your social security to speak to that representative.

Walmart money card.I got robbed last month by someone in California. I got a new card same thing this month.With the new card.I filled out the dispute form on the **th of May I verbally told you on the phone the **th of May.You are FDIC insured.I am told now It will be the **th of May Before you return my stolen funds.This is not within you own stated time frame. I have had this account for at least ** years .I want prompter service from a bank that is FDIC insured.You need to put better security on these cards.last four ****.Thank You Paul Garfagna
