I had lost my old card and requested to get a new one, which I did get. But, when I tried to activate the card it wouldn't work. In my old card I had my birthday as April *,**** and I was still able to make purchases just not online. The issue is now that when I would try and activate the new card it would say that they are not able to verify my info. Then when I tried calling greendot's number for help but I was even offered assistance from a real person. I'm extremely pissed with my situation because I have around $**.** on that card. I would really appreciate if some body could help me as soon as possible.
