The issue in GetHuman-raesteel's own words
Both My account and my mother’s account on Moneypak.com has been saying sorry w me cant not process your request at this time every time we try to load a green dot ** digit number that my brother give us to save for him after he completes a tattoo. Why can’t we load money anymore? Our money is hostage. I’ve called ***-***-**** and other numbers but never get through to a human AND hung up on. This is unacceptable. *“We're sorry for the inconvenience but we’re unable to process your request at this time. Please try again later.” Is the exact message we both keep getting.
GetHuman-raesteel did not yet indicate what Green Dot should do to make this right.
