i am very upset right now as i purchased a moneypak card to load funds to my accountnow card, this after trying to load funds by using both western union and moneygram ,this past Friday ******* i was finally able to speak to a rep from moneypak on Saturday at * pm the rep John i spoke with at * pm , he informed me after taking all of the moneypak info that it would take ** minutes to load. it NEVER loaded to my card, and the number that i reached John on before now rings twice then goes to a busy signal, and the moneypak numer wants a card number that i dont have. in all Moneypak has my ***.** doallrs and i have no way to reach a human, ive been calling **times a day and no luck.
GetHuman-ansonsda did not yet indicate what Green Dot should do to make this right.
