Dear Customer service - a week ago I purchased a $**-***.** VISA debit card for a value of $***.** at Albertson's Las Vegas location. I did not realize when I bought the card that I would need to register my birth date and social security number to activate this card. Due to previous phone and web security breeches and potential credit card fraud I will not do this. Therefore I refuse to register the card and requesting that my money be refunded for the original $***.** value I placed on the card. Please tell me how I go about receiving my money back?
