The easiest way to resolve any billing issues with Green Dot is to call 866-795-7597 and press 1 to get to a live representative from Green Dot . From there, you will need to enter your 16 digit card number or enter your social security to speak to that representative.

I put money on my card that I have been using for a while. I put money in the card on the *rd of April I paid my phone bill and cable bill and then went on to order a tablet and a some shoes. I went to check on my order and was told that my card was blocked. I was told to send in or rather email in on the greendot*upload. my I D and I did then when I called to check my blanc I was told that because of the check I would not be able to use greendot ever again. I would like to know why. Also what about my ***$ that I have on the card. I would have that returned back to me right? I can't figure out what would make greendot lock me out of my card and tell me I can NEVER get another card. I have been very responsible with my card.
