Get my money! ... I had bought a MoneyPak Card for my little cousins birthday on the Thursday the **st of May. I had put $*** on the card and she said it was locked and the numbers didnt work. I have the receipt and everything, I don't know if the employee at Dollar General did the transaction correctly but I'm not losing out on $***.**. I can attach pictures in an email to send for more proof or purchase*transaction, Whatever has to happen in order for a refund would greatly be appreciated.
With proof of purchase, receipts, etc I'm still out of $***...not including the $*.** (*)
Finding and resolving the issue, i need my money and somewhere in the mixture either Dollar General or GreenDot made a mistake.
Because ive been Gettin cards nonstop and have always been a loyal customer. Ive never had an issue til now.
Yes, contacted the GreenDot Company and went to Dollar General. The manager at Dollar General also called GreenDot Customer Service. They made no sense and the blaming is Going back and forth.
