My Smart phone can't help me insrtall an APP for Hopkins Towing Solutions. We have tried several times and each time get stopped just before installation even with the APP information installed. Can you help? I have called Best Buy and arrangted for the Geek squad to come out and handle the installation. Any further help willl be appreciated..
