I needed to review one sentence using the premium versions options, but accidentally spent roughly $*** when I thought it was $**.** ... I purchased a premium account for what I thought was only $**.** until I realized roughly $*** from my account was taken. That was my fault for not reading the terms properly, apologies.*I just needed the premium service to check one sentence with more thorough detail and analysis.*I desperately need a full refund from what I had accidentally purchased please.
I canceled my subscription, I just don't know when to expect my refund and how.
A full refund, as I only had access to the premium for roughly less than *-** minutes.
I often use Grammarly for nearly all my essays, but I can't afford to be purchasing the premium versions.
I've canceled the subscription and sent Grammarly's' customer service a message demanding a refund.
How GetHuman-njisri fixed the problem
