Hello, My name is Alexandria Hardy I am a student and I was purchasing a premium account for Grammarly. However, I was charged the annual fee instead of the monthly. I was thinking I was going to be charged $**.** a month, instead of the full $***.**. I would like to be reimbursed the $***.** that was taken from my visa card and be a charged the regular monthly fee. I enjoy the access for premium and the help Grammarly does. I am thankful for the support and consideration for this matter, and I hope for it to be resolved.
