I require assistance with my Google Play balance not being usable in my app. Despite having a balance, I am unable to download it onto my game. I reached out to Google Play, but I did not receive assistance. I am seeking help to either enable me to use the balance on my app or obtain a refund. Unfortunately, I no longer have the original $50.00 gift card as I had already redeemed it when Google Play was functioning. I had a remaining balance of $39.42 when the issue occurred. I then attempted to remedy the situation by redeeming a $10.00 Play Store card, bringing my balance to $49.42. Regrettably, this also did not resolve the problem. Although I successfully utilized my PayPal to download points, the Google Play balance remains inaccessible. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I suspect that my Google account has been accessed by someone without permission for months. I have not been able to regain access despite previous attempts to address this issue. I have lost access to my first and second Google accounts, which contain important data like photos and contacts. I am frustrated with the hacker and upset with the lack of assistance from Google support. It is disappointing that I have not received immediate help to resolve this security breach.

I forgot my password and I'm having trouble recovering my account. I've been trying for the past four days. Google has sent me 14 different G-codes to my cell phone, but when I enter them, it says they are incorrect. I can't access my account without the password. Google is asking for $10 to fix the issue, but it seems like they should just accept the G-codes they sent.

I attempted to use the Bally Sports app with a 7-day free trial on the 11th, but it did not work properly on my end. Despite this, I was charged on the 13th, which is only three days later and not the full trial period. I am requesting a cancellation of the subscription and a refund of $68.00, including any overdraft fees incurred. I have checked all my accounts, and no transaction is showing. I am disappointed with the service quality and unwilling to continue with a service that provides poor video quality.

I am having trouble accessing my Gmail account, although I know my password has been the same for a long time. It appears that my account has been blocked, preventing me from retrieving sentimental photos of my late son and other personal memories concerning the passing of my mother. I am deeply upset by this situation and am unable to communicate with anyone to address this issue. I have two accounts, one is Raykat65@g and the other is Miss Daisy Boat Tours at gmail.com. I would like to transfer the phone numbers and pictures from those accounts to Captain Ray [redacted]. Also, I need to set a new password for Captain Ray [redacted]. I am facing troubles accessing Facebook as it is not accepting my passwords. I created another account, s e a r a y [redacted], but even with that password I cannot log in to Facebook. I am confused and looking for a solution to straighten out my accounts, regain access to my phone, and recover all my contact numbers. I recently changed the windows on my PC and am now trying to sign into my Google account that I have been using with Google Chrome for years. After entering my password, it asked me to confirm my phone number, which is an issue because I no longer have access to that number. This account is linked to an old email on Yahoo, which is also the same email I used for Google Chrome. I received a notification in my Yahoo inbox indicating that someone tried to sign in using my password, but it was blocked by Google. I can confirm that this sign-in attempt was made by me.

I have noticed a strange occurrence affecting my Google account and other system apps. It started with apps on my phone and now it seems to have spread to my computer. I recently got a new phone, and everything was signed out. I attempted to log into my Gmail but couldn't recall my password, which led me to log in on Google. However, it requested a number from my Gmail that I no longer had access to. I tried the account recovery process, but I no longer have access to the phone number or email linked to the account. Is there a way to have a link sent to another Gmail account I have in order to access my main one?

On February 13, [redacted], I started a 30-day trial with VectorVest. In early March, I contacted them to cancel the subscription but was informed that I needed to cancel through Google. They finally canceled my subscription on March 26, the same day Google charged me $[redacted].69. Even after canceling with Google, my refund request was denied by them. Hello, I am Pushpa Adireddy. I recently lost $20,[redacted]. Three days ago, I received a message from Meesho stating that I was the lucky draw winner of $12,[redacted]. Subsequently, individuals contacted me requesting $20,[redacted] for GST and registration fees to receive the prize money. Despite making the payment, I have not received the winnings. I lodged a complaint with Meesho's customer care, but it has been two days without a refund. They assured me a refund within 24 hours, but I am yet to receive it. Please assist me with this matter. On October 14th through the 16th, my device broke, and my phone number got reissued before I could replace it. The recovery number linked to my account is a TextNow or VoIP number, and I've been unable to port it to my current service to regain access to my account due to being locked out of my recovery account. Despite knowing my security questions and having biometrics set up, I'm unable to recover my account. I've tried to contact Google since October without success and still haven't spoken to anyone. I urgently need access to my account for evidence in an upcoming court date stored in my Google photos. I'd greatly appreciate any assistance in recovering my account.

I have two Google email accounts. I keep getting prompted to log in repeatedly, particularly for my backup account [redacted] The system is indicating that the password was changed long ago, though I never did so. I am trying to log in to my Gmail account from a new iPhone. Google is asking me to verify through the Google app, but I suspect it's trying to use the Google app on my old phone, as no verification prompt is showing up on my current device. I am currently logged in under a different Gmail account, adding to the confusion. Additionally, there is no alternate recovery address linked to the Gmail account I am locked out of.

Dear Google Support Team, I am kindly requesting your assistance in recovering my authenticator app after switching to a new phone. Unfortunately, my old phone was erased before I could transfer the app and its data to the new device. As a result, I am currently unable to access certain accounts that require two-factor authentication. Despite my efforts to reinstall the app from the Apple Play Store, I am unable to retrieve any of the previously stored codes. Please remove all numbers associated with my account, except for the number ending in 88, which is now [redacted]. I am having trouble signing in from my new Apple 13 Pro cell phone because Google keeps directing me to the old number. Today, as of 3/29/23, I only have one device, my new Apple 13 Pro. Unfortunately, both my Apple 12 and Apple Pro were stolen and I have reported the incidents to the police.
