I am having trouble accessing my Google accounts due to not having access to my old phone number for recovery. Despite knowing my passwords for accounts such as [redacted], I am unable to receive the recovery code as it is sent to my old phone number, which is no longer in my possession. This issue is also affecting my [redacted] account, which I suspect may be unrecoverable. I have been living in China for 8 years, so the US phone numbers linked to these accounts are no longer valid for me. Google support suggested creating new accounts, but I would like to regain access to my existing accounts if possible.

I shared the card code with my boyfriend, but it took a while to load and eventually reset. A representative mentioned the code might have been used or hacked. If it was indeed hacked, we believe a refund should be issued. The funds were crucial for fixing his brakes, the last of his mom's money available. There's no one else we can turn to for help. He's dealing with daily challenges, and fixing the brakes was essential to pick up his daughter Diana. He's devastated and just wants to reunite with his daughter. Any assistance in refunding the money so the brakes can be fixed would be greatly appreciated. I have the receipt and the card available if needed. Thank you and God bless.

I have a YouTube account linked to my school email, '[redacted]'. Unfortunately, I can't access my account because I can't remember my email password. The school informed me that they are no longer using the 'edmail.edcc.edu' address and will be deleting these email accounts soon. The IT department at my school sent me an email to recover my password or update my email. If I change my email as instructed, will I still be able to access my YouTube account with the old email? Will my saved videos transfer to the new account automatically? I'm confused and need clarification on how this process works. Any help is appreciated.

I recently lost my iPhone and SIM card. I purchased a new Alcatel phone which came with a Telus SIM. I got a Chatr SIM for my company's service and did a factory reset on the phone to switch to Chatr. However, I am facing issues with verification on the new SIM. The phone keeps asking for a username and password that I have never used on this phone or SIM before. It is preventing me from using the phone and claims it cannot verify my identity. I have been without a cell phone for almost two weeks now. I need to recover the original username and password I used for Google over ten years ago, but I can't recall it. How can I resolve this to start using my phone again?

I just created a new gmail account and followed all the steps but got stuck on the final page. Why is this process so complicated with Google? I don't want to share additional features; I simply need a backup or recovery email as suggested by Google. Can we make this work? Primary gmail: [redacted] New Recovery gmail: [redacted] Note: When I checked my email addresses, the new recovery address rlocandro29 wasn't listed, but rlocandro@ showed up, even though I didn't realize I had it. I am experiencing difficulty accessing my Gmail account ([redacted]) through my old phone, which is no longer active and has a changed number. I urgently need to regain access to my account to reach another linked email address. Despite attempting to reset the password, I am encountering challenges with the captcha system and have been unsuccessful in resolving the issue even after clearing the cache on my browser and within Gmail settings. While I am receiving generated codes every 15 minutes, I am unable to utilize them effectively. Despite spending over an hour on the supposed Google support line without speaking to a representative, I am unable to receive new emails until this matter is resolved. I refuse to create a new email account and remain frustrated by the lack of progress in resolving this issue.

I encountered an issue with Google Photos when I tried to share a few selected photos on Twitter but inadvertently ended up sharing my entire photo collection, including some personal and embarrassing images. I mistakenly assumed that I was sharing a single photo when it turned out to be the entire album. I am concerned that the person I have feelings for might have seen sensitive photos. I urgently need to know if anyone else viewed the shared album on Twitter. This mistake has caused me great embarrassment, and I fear the repercussions on my relationship. It would be helpful if Google Photos allowed for sharing of individual photos instead of whole albums to avoid such incidents in the future. Hello, I recently purchased another phone due to ongoing issues with my previous ones from Consumer Customer to Motorola and most recently, a Samsung AO3s. I've been experiencing problems like dropped calls, the phone not ringing, and difficulty hearing the person I'm calling. I visited a Verizon store in Fargo, ND, where I was charged over $[redacted] for a new phone and an additional $30 for transferring my information without prior notice. My Google account was mistakenly terminated earlier this year. No one has responded to my inquiries yet. I have relied on this email for work, gaming, and important communications for a few years. About six months ago, I started encountering issues with 2-step verification that prevent me from accessing my Gmail, YouTube account, and Google Play video library.
