Hello, I'm John Derita, and I'm having trouble logging into my account to use the "Find my Phone" feature. I've tried various steps to recover my Google account without success. I can't use my recovery email because I no longer have access to it, and I can't use my phone as it's lost. The device associated with my account belongs to my ex-wife who is unwilling to help. T-Mobile provided some details about my lost phone, and Samsung wasn't helpful. I am now seeking assistance online to recover my account and locate my phone using "Find my Phone". I believe I have provided sufficient information to prove ownership of the account. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you, John Derita.

I encountered an unexpected issue with my Google account prompting for verification, despite changing my password on my own device. This led to being signed out of my account and unable to receive the verification code via email or the phone number listed in my account.
I navigated to a screen offering to send the code to an alternative email address, but Google repeatedly canceled my account recovery attempts. After signing out of my YouTube account on my TV, the recovery option disappeared. I was not given the opportunity to answer security questions or recover my account through my alternative email.
I urgently need access to my account for important data needed in ongoing legal proceedings. The account activity has been consistent with my regular usage patterns, and I seek assistance to resolve this issue promptly.

Hello,
On 8/4, a friend received a text with an SOS followed by a Google Maps URL from a foreign country. I clicked on it out of curiosity but don't recall the location due to it being very late. The next day, every place I went, my friend received Google Maps updates of my location. Even when I tried to turn off my phone in the car, it wouldn't power down as long as the engine was running. I managed to turn it off after switching off the car. The last Google Maps notification I received was of my house, complete with my full name, address, and a picture. I took precautions by changing my Google and Facebook passwords, as well as contacting the bank. The local police couldn't help much due to limited resources unless a crime has occurred. Some suggest getting a new Google account, but I wonder if changing my password is enough. I'm not tech-savvy and finding it challenging to navigate this. I have the Google Maps information if needed, but uncertain about clicking on them. I believe it all started when I clicked on the initial SOS link. I've also changed my phone number for security reasons. Thank you.

I am having trouble accessing my Gmail account associated with my website edensmuse.com due to Google suspending it after missing a payment for Google workspace. I have since paid the outstanding balance but continue to be locked out of my account. I attempted to regain access through Google Admin but faced challenges. Hello, I am experiencing difficulty accessing my Gmail account due to the two-factor authentication setup. I cannot receive the code sent to my phone because it was stolen along with my number. As a result, I am unable to login. I have tried using the recovery email without success, as the issue remains with the two-factor authentication. My Gmail address is [redacted]

My phone was stolen, and I've regained access to my phone number but not my business email. The problem is I don't know the password, and I need it to operate my business. Currently, I can't access my business bank account as the code was altered through my stolen phone. I am looking for assistance to allow me to use my mobile number instead of the stolen phone to recover my account.

After setting up our new iPad, my wife and I encountered issues with our Gmail accounts. We have four Gmail addresses and had updated the passwords at the start of the year. However, the emails are now being sorted differently, causing us to miss messages. We are struggling to log in with the new passwords and need assistance in organizing our primary email and the three sub-addresses. Any guidance on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.

I was setting up my Fitbit with my email [redacted], but when Fitbit sent the activation link, my email account seemed to have disappeared. I've tried resetting the account multiple times and even tried using my wife's email address with no success. Despite following Google's instructions, I still can't locate my email account. Google mentioned sending a link to my wife's email within 48 hours, but that's too long to wait.

I recently purchased a Hp Pavilion laptop and set up my Google accounts. To ease my eye strain, I enabled Dark Mode in Chrome by accessing chrome:**flags and activating the force dark mode for web contents feature. Initially, Instagram, Wattpad, and Pinterest all displayed in dark mode. However, I encountered an issue with book downloads appearing in a video gallery format. In an attempt to resolve this, I reset my laptop, but upon reconfiguring everything, Dark Mode was no longer available on the websites. Despite searching for the force dark mode option in chrome:**flags using various email accounts and devices, including my mom's Samsung phone, sister's account, and an older android phone, I couldn't find the setting. I even tested as a guest on my laptop, but the feature remained elusive. I am now uncertain if the problem lies with the emails, the laptop, or if the feature can be reenabled from a hidden setting.

Due to my phone being stolen, I am unable to access my Gmail account to retrieve essential work documents. Google's security measures are not allowing me to reset my password successfully, even after attempting to answer the security question. I am frustrated and seeking a practical solution to this issue to regain access to my account promptly.

Yesterday, while visiting a friend, I attempted to log in to my Gmail account but encountered issues with recognition. Despite having used the option to receive a verification code via text message in the past, that choice was unavailable this time. Instead, I was directed to generate a code using my Samsung tablet, which I didn't have on hand. Opting for my flip phone, Google's system seemed unable to accommodate this method. I prefer not to enable 2-step verification and would like to continue receiving text message verifications when logging in from new devices. It was frustrating that Google didn't prompt me with my security question and ultimately claimed I hadn't provided enough information during the sign-in process.

I recently experienced a theft of my personal information including credit cards, banking details, and driver's license. To safeguard my accounts, I have closed them and set up new ones. While updating my information on Google, I was prompted to choose between two addresses, one being correct and the other suspiciously close by. I want to confirm that this second address is not associated with my account in any way. Thank you.

Hello, my name is Valerie Eriacho. On August 12, [redacted], I purchased two Google cards from Walmart, one for $[redacted] and the other for $40, as birthday gifts. When I tried to enter them into my Google account, the process was not completed, and it said the cards were canceled. I am unsure if the money is still on the cards. I have tried calling Google with no luck. I cannot return the cards to Walmart for a refund. Is there a number I can call or a person I can speak to about this issue? My email is [redacted] I would appreciate any assistance.

We set up a Google account for an employee who has been terminated (due to misconduct). There is sensitive information in the account that the ex-employee should not have access to. Despite our efforts, she has regained control and blocked us out. We kindly request for the account to be deleted or disconnected entirely to safeguard our confidential data.

I have previously reached out twice regarding this issue, and I keep getting told it's not a fraudulent charge without fully addressing my problem. I want to clarify that I am not claiming it's fraudulent.
I recently noticed that I'm subscribed to Life360, which surprises me as I don't recall subscribing and thought I had the free version. I'm willing to pay if necessary, as I use its basic features and find it beneficial. However, I'm confused about the subscription status and would appreciate clarification on my account.
Additionally, it appears I have two accounts, which is unnecessary and puzzling. I would like some assistance in resolving this matter as I've been trying to contact support via phone or chat without success. Hoping for help through this forum as I find the current situation frustrating.

I recently received my Pixel 5a (ID [redacted][redacted]) on July 25. Subsequently, I ordered a phone case expected to arrive between July 29 and Aug 1, but it was delayed until today, Aug 15. I opted to get a different case in the meantime and tried to cancel the Google case order last week, prior to its shipment. However, the system combined both orders, making it difficult to cancel just the case. I attempted to cancel it again today, but the website indicated it was too late to do so. I now seek assistance in returning the case for a refund.
Sincerely,
Gillian H.

I have applied to Google's Public Policy Fellowship for the fall term and was waiting for a confirmation email regarding my application, but unfortunately, I have not received it. The application form instructed me to contact "[redacted]" with any queries. However, after emailing them, I received an automatic reply from "google.com admin" stating that my message could not be delivered as the group does not exist. I was then directed to the help center, which did not have the relevant section for my concern. All I am seeking is confirmation that Google has received my application. How can I resolve this?
