I need help accessing my Google account. I'm stuck trying to reset my password as I forgot it. When I try to get a code, it's sending it to my landline instead of my cell phone which is listed for recovery. I'm unable to access Gmail because of password issues. I need live assistance to resolve this as my YouTube Premium is linked to this email, and I don't want to be charged for a service I can't use. Thank you. L.W.W. [redacted] [redacted]

I purchased this phone approximately 2 weeks ago from Lord Christfer Sharp, who is currently here with me to confirm the device for service. I am facing an issue where Google is not allowing me to proceed with the phone setup. Lord Sharp obtained the device through a small cash loan and then returned it to me. Unfortunately, he doesn't recall the last email used during activation. We are both present, trying to resolve this situation. I am seeking assistance on what steps are needed for verification. Kindly email me at [redacted] or call [redacted]. I possess legal documentation notarized by the State of Indiana, and I can provide it for verification purposes. Your prompt response is greatly appreciated in resolving this matter. Thank you.

I have found that my phone number is mistakenly listed as the Mandarin Orient Hotel in London, Hyde Park's contact number on Google. This leads to people inadvertently calling me in the United States instead of the hotel when trying to reach them using their cell phones from the US. The listed phone number for the hotel does not include the country code 44 for London. I have attempted to contact Google through various phone numbers and emails, but so far, I have not been successful in rectifying this issue. I kindly request that Google update the phone number listing for the Mandarin Orient Hotel in London, specifically adding the country code 44 to prevent future connectivity errors for individuals trying to reach the hotel. Thank you for your assistance in addressing this matter.

My mobile phone was hacked, and unknown contacts were added in real time from an HTC Desire, a device no one I know has. Moreover, my Chromebook was damaged by my soon-to-be ex-husband. Unfortunately, my identity has been stolen, leading to a chaotic situation in my life. In [redacted], my Microsoft account got hacked due to enabling edit on an APA-formatted template to write a paper. Despite scoring [redacted]%, I regret not learning the correct format instead of using the template. Recently, my life was hacked once again while I was working on developing accessibility features for individuals with disabilities like myself, being legally deaf with vision issues and seizures. Regrettably, I have been unsuccessful in recovering my accounts.

Yesterday, around 9:30 am, I, R.H., purchased a $[redacted] Google Play card for my significant other. Unfortunately, when she tried to redeem the money, it did not work. I visited Walmart multiple times yesterday trying to resolve this issue, but they were unable to provide any solutions. I am out $[redacted] for the card. All I am requesting is for another $[redacted] card today. When I initially tried to use the card yesterday morning, it was declined due to a banking issue with my PIN number. After resolving the bank matter and processing the card again as a debit, it went through. Walmart mentioned last night that they should have provided me with a new card instead of reprocessing the same one. I am pleading for assistance promptly as I urgently need the replacement card today. I am growing frustrated with the situation. Thank you, R.H.

I recently had to set a new password. After logging in successfully, I faced a challenge with the 2-step verification code not arriving on my phone. This code seems to have been sent to my Gmail, which I can't access without the new password and completing the 2-step verification process. I attempted to use the Google help page, but, as expected, it also required me to go through the 2-step verification process. Is there a way to contact a human at Google via phone for assistance? Alternatively, how can I reset my account if it's currently blocked while waiting for a Recovery Code?

I am unable to access my Google account "[redacted]" as I have forgotten my password. Despite selecting the "forgot my password" option, I am unable to input the last password I remember. There are no linked email addresses or phone numbers associated with the account to receive a reset code. Upon choosing the password recovery option, no security questions are prompted, leading to an instant message stating, "Google couldn't verify this account belongs to you." Recovering this account is crucial as I have active subscriptions tied to it, and without access, I cannot manage them. Please help me regain access to my account. For communication, kindly reach out to me via "[redacted]," which is the current Google account I am using while awaiting account recovery. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

I need help recovering my Google account with the email "[redacted]". When I try to reset my password, it does not prompt me to input the last password I remember. Unfortunately, I do not have any linked email or phone number to receive a reset code. When I select "forgot my password," there are no security questions asked, and it just states "Google couldn't verify this account belongs to you." This is causing issues as I have subscriptions tied to this account that I need access to. I am reachable at my current Google account but I'm seeking assistance in recovering the other one. Thank you.

After updating my Google account password, I got signed out of my Gmail account. I attempted to recover my account but faced issues due to outdated phone numbers linked to it. Unable to receive the verification code via SMS, my recovery process was halted by Google citing that I was "signed in on another device," which is not the case as my phone and laptop are the only devices I use. I seek assistance in recovering my account promptly to regain access to my emails and other Google services. Additionally, I need guidance in removing the old numbers from my account and adding my current phone number.

I have two different Google accounts and recently purchased a new phone due to my old phone breaking. I am attempting to add my Google accounts and emails to my new phone. I changed the password for both accounts 26 days ago to the same password, but now they are not syncing. Unfortunately, I cannot recall the passwords and am unable to receive a recovery email since I cannot access either account. Is there any way to provide you with my email to receive a reset link for a six-digit temporary password to regain access to my email? One of the accounts has a recovery email set up, but I did not designate it as my backup email since I have two separate accounts. Can I provide you with that email address to send the reset link to?

I recently had my son's Google Pixel 4xl repaired at a UbreakIfix store in the USA due to a warranty issue. Despite believing the warranty should have been valid until June 1, [redacted], Google's records showed it as expired on October 27, [redacted], raising concerns about the warranty duration. My attempts to resolve this through online chats and community posts were unfruitful, with customer service calls directing me back to online support options. I am seeking clarification from Google Pixel's phone division regarding the warranty expiration dates and a possible reimbursement for the repair expenses incurred. Thank you.

I received notification from Microsoft regarding two linked Gmail accounts - one being my primary account and the other having a slight variation in the email address. Despite not knowing the password for the second account, I was advised by Microsoft to check it out due to a rule that was forwarding emails from my primary account. Although I removed the forwarding rule, I am concerned about the potential leakage of sensitive information, given that I work as a physician. I would like to understand the extent of this issue and gain access to the second account, which I do not remember creating or using. As someone who is not very tech-savvy, I am seeking advice on the steps I should take to recover and secure the second account. Thank you for your help.

Hello, I am the owner of North Hills Society, LLC dba Kannaluv. We are facing challenges with a former employee who has been leaving numerous 1-star reviews daily since her termination. Despite an active restraining order, she continues to target my business with fake negative reviews impacting our reputation. I have made efforts to report these reviews but she persists. The consistent influx of low ratings contrasts our authentic 5-star feedback. This situation is detrimental to our hard-earned positive standing. Your assistance in addressing this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your support.

On April 13, [redacted], I received an email about an invoice for a pistol purchase made on February 3, [redacted], through my PayPal account, which I did not make. The email provided a ([redacted]) phone number for inquiries, which I called. I spoke with two individuals claiming to be PayPal representatives with foreign accents on ([redacted]) phone lines. The person at [redacted] mentioned four fraudulent charges on my account, suggesting I buy $[redacted] Google 'play' cards from local stores to help track down the hackers, promising immediate refunds. However, this turned out to be a scam. Despite receiving fake refund emails, no refunds were issued. I reported this to PayPal, who advised me to contact Google and the police, which I am unsure how to do as I'm not tech-savvy. I still have seven Google Play cards with their codes and the stores where I bought them. Seeking assistance as I was unable to reach a live Google representative and felt lost regarding the next steps. My contact number is [redacted]. Thank you. Peter C. I haven't had access to my email for nearly 2 weeks now. I reached out to tech support yesterday, but unfortunately, there hasn't been any resolution yet. They directed me to sign up for the Google recovery team, but I haven't received any updates as I can't be contacted via email. I provided my husband's email as an alternative, but he hasn't heard from them either. This situation is particularly urgent for me because I have sent out resumes with that email address and need to be able to receive potential responses. Additionally, I'm in the process of starting a Reiki business, so having access to my email is crucial. I appreciate any assistance I can get with resolving this issue.

I am encountering an issue with Google Play on my new Fire tablet. Even though I have unregistered all my previous Fire tablets that were damaged and discarded, Google Play is still showing that 87 apps, including the Google Play app, are installed on my new 7-inch Fire tablet. When I try to access the Play Store app, I receive the error message stating that my Google account is not associated with a device. However, since the apps are not actually on this device, I am unable to delete or install any apps. It seems like Google Play is confusing my new device with the old one that no longer exists. I have two Google email accounts, but I am unable to access the device on either account. This issue is also preventing me from installing new apps. I am thinking that resetting or deleting my Google Play Store account without affecting the entire account could resolve this issue.

I am experiencing an issue with Google Groups. Emails sent to subscribe [nessa-sailing+[redacted]] are not reaching the pending members’ inbox or group administrators. This has resulted in prospective members' subscription requests not being received. This problem seems to have started around October [redacted], with the last successful subscription on 9/27/21. Unsubscribing via [nessa-sailing+[redacted]] works without any issues. Upon further investigation, it appears that Google Groups may be sending confirmation emails to the requester, which are being flagged as spam and overlooked in spam folders. Replying to the confirmation email places the request in the pending queue, but administrators are still not getting notifications about these requests.

Hello, Four months ago, I filed a fraud complaint with the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre, but they were unable to locate a fraudster named Gérard Saputo. The Sûreté du Québec also hasn't provided updates regarding the case, which involves a fraud of over $7,[redacted]. Despite providing Interac transfer details, they couldn't trace where the money went. I question if they have the necessary tools to address these issues. It's disheartening how fraudsters target the elderly for money and create fraudulent bills with fake tax numbers. Apart from the illegal withdrawal of my money, I end up paying taxes on my own funds through these bills. I have evidence, including fake invoices used in the fraud scheme, to support my claims. I wonder how he can keep victimizing people while under investigation. Do banks assist in these investigations? The fraudster uses aliases like Credit-Quebec, Credit Canada, and others that he changes frequently (evidence available). He even dares to say that my threats to expose this issue don't scare him.

I'm struggling to access my Google account and I'm seeking a resolution. Despite numerous unsuccessful phone calls, the backup code provided is 10 digits instead of the required eight. This is preventing me from accessing my Gmail and Google services even though I know all security information. My frustration stems from being unable to receive the codes sent to my email address, [redacted], given that I can't access the email account itself.
