My email, [redacted], was hacked and hijacked back in September [redacted]. Despite contacting Google and reaching out to their support, I have been unable to regain access. The Google Authenticator code is not working, and the only verification option Google is providing is sending a code to the compromised email, which I am not receiving. Although I can verify my identity using my cell phone number ([redacted]) to receive a text code, Google still requires additional verification through Authenticator or the compromised email. It's frustrating that Google does not allow me to verify using my linked phone number. The hackers may have removed my recovery email, [redacted] I am a paying customer with this email, subscribing to YouTube family premium. I recently purchased a new phone from Verizon, but I encountered issues transferring data from my previous Straight Talk phone. Google repeatedly blocked my account access due to password attempts. Despite various attempts, including password variations, I am unable to access premium features like YouTube, and my Facebook is in Italian. Subsequently, I faced issues with Amazon, Gmail, and receiving essential messages or orders online. This is distressing as I require access to critical information, including from my bank and doctors. To resolve this urgent matter, I need assistance in unfreezing my accounts and restoring services. Additionally, as I am facing housing challenges, timely help is crucial. I have been attempting to recover my original Gmail account for five months now. Despite my efforts, I keep getting directed to my old phone, which is broken and unusable. The screen is unreadable, the phone is nonfunctional, and I no longer have access to that number. I urgently require assistance in regaining access to my original Google and Gmail account as it contains crucial pictures I need. Hello, I am experiencing difficulty accessing my Gmail account. I attempted to log in on my laptop, but forgot my password. After using the "forgot password" option to reset it, I successfully logged in. However, I received a notification on my phone about the password change, requiring me to log in on my phone as well. When prompted for verification, I usually receive a notification on my phone to confirm, but this time I was signed out, and the backup email and phone number provided are outdated. Despite trying to verify my identity through different recovery options, I encountered an issue receiving the verification code due to the email I had trouble signing into. Despite trying the account recovery process, I have not been successful in regaining access. This email is crucial to me as it contains important documents used for work and school. I am in need of assistance from a customer service representative. I am unable to access my Google account as I have forgotten my password. My Gmail account keeps getting hacked. The hackers change my password and add inactive recovery phone numbers, making it impossible for me to access it. They also set up a fake recovery email. Despite making new Gmail accounts, the hacker seems to have my phone number and name, as I receive numerous spam emails and phone calls. Google reached out to assist in stopping the hacking, but I needed a home computer for their step-by-step guidance, which I didn't have. Since then, the hacking continues, deleting data from my phone. Please help me resolve this issue. Thank you.

Consultant with 25 years of experience helping people. I have successfully assisted [redacted] customers like you. My Yahoo recovery email has been compromised by hackers, leaving me at risk. The hackers may have infected my accounts, and I am unable to access Yahoo from alternative emails. I mistakenly transferred all correspondences to Gmail, which is also having issues. I suspect my other accounts might be tampered with, as there were unauthorized login attempts on my Gmail from Lagos, Nigeria. I appreciate any help to secure my accounts. Thank you.

My son, a YouTuber, is facing constant disablement of his Google accounts, resulting in the loss of followers. Google continuously prompts us to create new passwords, leading to a situation where we cannot even access the account. It is frustrating how this keeps happening to him. Just two days after creating a new account, it was disabled as well. It is unbelievable that such a large company lacks proper customer support. Contacting them via phone is futile as you are left on hold for hours with no resolution. This continuous disruption upsets my son as he loses followers and potential new ones are skeptical. Google must address this issue promptly and cease unnecessary password changes on secure accounts. The lack of response or communication from Google is exasperating.

I am an avid Google customer and a few weeks ago, I created a separate email account to help me sell a large gun collection inherited from family. I went online to use certified purchase and sales websites for this purpose. After listing some items and logging in three days later, I found that I was blocked due to an incorrect pin. Despite my meticulous recordkeeping, I failed to create a recovery option for this account. Someone appears to have hacked in, changed the password, and taken over this account. I am unable to regain control and delete the account. Dealing with this issue has been frustrating, as it seems impossible to reach Google for assistance. I fear that someone might be misusing the account for fraudulent purposes. Thank you.

I recently changed my password because I forgot it and failed to check my saved passwords on Opera GX. This led me to get logged out of all my accounts. I tried to use the phone message verification but had trouble receiving the message. Then, I realized I had two-step verification with a backup code I can't find. I only have backup codes for my Discord account, not for my Gmail. I'm locked out of Gmail, and this is urgent for me as I have a gaming event on Guardian Tales. Also, I can't access YouTube. I am trying to assist a friend with accessing her email account. We have her old phone number for account recovery, but after receiving the codes on that number, it asks to send a code to her email [redacted] as well. It is confusing why it is set up this way. Since she cannot remember her password, we are unable to access the email to change it and remove the old number. If you could please email me at my email address, that would be greatly appreciated.

I need assistance in recovering my [redacted] account and transferring it to my new phone. Unfortunately, my original phone, which had the account as primary, was destroyed. I cannot confirm the account without clicking on the link sent to that phone as it's no longer accessible. I have had this account for over a decade and would be grateful for any help in recovering it onto my new device. I lost my phone in an Uber and had to get a new one. Despite having Verizon help me into my Google account with a new password, I can't seem to find my contacts, even though they appear on Google Duo. I wonder if I'll end up with two devices on the same Google account with different passwords. While my text messages got restored, my contacts did not. How can I transfer my contacts from Google Duo to my new device?

I'm struggling to log into my Google account tied to various platforms like YouTube, PayPal, and Facebook. Lately, I've been having difficulty holding onto my cell phone, often losing it or having it stolen. After a power outage, my television streaming services are not working correctly. YouTube TV on my Roku device is asking me to sign up again, even though I'm already a member. Additionally, my Fire TV has switched local channels, and I'm locked out of YouTube on the Roku. I would like to restore the correct local channels for Parkersburg, WV, and have my TVs functioning normally without requiring me to re-enroll when I'm already a YouTube TV member. I signed in on one device after changing my password, but when attempting to sign in on my phone, iPad, secondary desktop, laptop, or the YouTube app on my TV, I keep receiving an error message stating that my password is incorrect. I have confirmed that I am using the correct characters and have verified the password multiple times. It appears that the system is only recognizing one device. Could this be a synchronization issue? I have been experiencing internet issues on all my devices recently. Despite resetting my phone and submitting the confirmation code multiple times, I continue to be prompted for a new code each time I try to access the internet. This recurring situation is extremely frustrating. Given the amount of information Google collects from us, better service should be provided. Additionally, I am unable to access my Google account on my phone, and only some of the backed-up data has been restored, missing half of my contacts. It's frustrating to constantly input a new confirmation code every time I use my phone. This situation needs to be resolved promptly.
