I've been struggling with my two separate Gmail accounts that Google's bot keeps messing up. It's been going on for six months now, and I'm frustrated. Google won't recognize my correct passwords and is causing me to lose important interactions. The bot keeps sending useless codes and I feel like I'm going in circles. I am experiencing difficulties with the two-step verification process for my Google account. The verification code is being sent to a phone number I no longer have access to, ending in 40, which is no longer in service. Additionally, the recovery email I provided, [redacted], has been unhelpful as well, as it also sends a code to the inaccessible phone number or my locked email, [redacted] This has left me unable to sign in and stuck in a frustrating loop. I find it challenging as the authentication app seems offline according to your service. Creating a new Google account is not an ideal solution as it would result in losing over a decade's worth of apps, subscriptions, and data. Moreover, I am facing difficulties stopping charges on my credit card as my bank is unable to make changes citing contractual obligations.

Normally, I access my account through my mobile phone, but since it was stolen, I am unable to use the 2-step verification process. I created a Gmail account for a game I play called Genshin Impact and unfortunately forgot to save or write down the password. I recently bought three Google Play gift cards - a $50, a $25, and a $15 card from Walgreens in Mukilteo, WA on 3/30/[redacted] at 10:22 a.m. Upon trying to redeem the $25 card, I discovered it's only redeemable in the U.S., which was not indicated on the card itself. Your two-step verification system has been a source of frustration for me. Despite repeatedly selecting "do not request this on this device," my preference has not been honored. I have wasted an hour and a half of my time dealing with a service that consistently fails to work for me and that I no longer desire to use.
The phone numbers provided for customer assistance have been unhelpful, leading me to believe there is a lack of genuine customer support available without a fee. Charging customers to speak with a live person is unacceptable, especially considering the substantial profits the company generates. There appears to be a disconnect between the corporation and its customers, as it seems that only those paying for advertising receive prompt assistance. Additionally, the declining quality of search results raises concerns about the company's commitment to serving its users. The refusal to invest in human customer support reflects poorly on the company's priorities.

I am attempting to access my email that I have had for over a decade with your service. I accidentally changed my password and now I am unable to access my account or reset the password. Despite receiving a code on my phone, the system insists on sending a verification code to an alternate email address which is no longer in use. I have tried sending the code to two other emails, my work and personal accounts, but after inputting the codes, I was informed it would take 48 hours for Google to grant access to my account. It has been over 48 hours and I have not received any updates. I am uncertain if there is a way to speak with a customer service representative to resolve this issue. I believed that confirming my phone number and entering the code would suffice. I am also willing to provide personal information to authenticate my ownership of the account.
