I realize I should have updated this information earlier. Despite trying various recovery methods, Gmail continues to be unable to verify my ownership of the account. I have received verification codes via text and to my work email without success. As this email is essential for me, I urgently need to restore access to my primary personal account.

Google Support Services - Request for Help I'm encountering issues with accessing my Gmail accounts linked to important information on my devices. Today, I tried to change my passwords to prevent hacking attempts on my accounts, but I'm struggling to set up two-factor authentication on my phone with the number +[redacted][redacted]. I am seeking assistance with recovering my Google account under the email address [redacted] Unfortunately, a hacker has taken control of my entire account, and I have lost access to all recovery methods including emails and phone numbers. Hello, I accidentally got my cell phone wet. When I bought a new one, I couldn't remember my password to transfer my settings. I tried to reset it online, but it seems Google's two-step verification process can take up to 48 hours. I finished this on Friday, 12-3-21. Today is 12-5-21, and I still haven't received a text to update my password.

I logged into Facebook with my password on a new phone I purchased. Google is sending pop-up alerts about suspicious activity. Before I could register the new device, Google locked me out. The only way back in is with a code from [redacted], which I no longer have access to. The number now belongs to someone else. I have tried everything Google's computer asked, but I can't get past the code step. My number is [redacted], and I've been dealing with this issue for a month and a half. I have contacted law enforcement agencies like the FTC, FBI, and SSA. Google's actions are blocking my SSDI account and other important accounts. If I don't regain access to my email [redacted], I will take legal action. Despite all the security questions and verification attempts, I am stuck at the code request from [redacted]. I have even tried to communicate with the current phone holder, but to no avail. If this can't be resolved, I will consider closing my Google and Microsoft accounts and switching to Apple. However, I still plan to pursue legal action for the mishandling of my email account.

I'm having trouble accessing my Google account because the verification code is being sent to an old cell phone I no longer use. There's no screen to see the code on that phone. Hello, I am experiencing an issue with my primary cellphone as it has frozen. Despite attempting to power it off and restart it, the phone remains stuck at a certain screen and can only be unfrozen by removing the battery. I have purchased a temporary phone as an interim solution until I can upgrade through my carrier. However, I am unable to log into my Google Account on the temporary phone due to the security feature requesting a verification code sent via text to my frozen phone. I am unable to access this verification code. I am wondering if there is an alternative method to verify my identity, such as answering a security question. I have unauthorized users accessing my Google accounts. The notifications and permissions were disabled, and around 50 apps, some from Sprint or Verizon, were downloaded, along with technical apps. Several default apps were altered, limiting phone calls and messages. Despite a factory reset by my providers, the issue remains, as my system app was changed to an IPHONE. My phone has not been updated for 4 months. They have accessed my bank account, causing frustration as I am an older disabled woman relying on Social Security with limited computer knowledge. I need help removing these individuals from my phone as they repeatedly sign me out of my Google accounts several times a day.

I have been following the online process repeatedly but I am not receiving the codes for my two-step verification. I urgently need customer service assistance. My real estate business is being negatively affected because I cannot access my emails due to this issue. I have not received any help via telephone to investigate why this problem is occurring. This has been happening for several days now. My phone got stolen, and the thief made purchases using Google Pay. The phone is disabled now. My Gmail account was deleted without my knowledge. I've been trying to recover it following Google's instructions, but I can't receive the verification code since my phone was stolen and the account was deleted. Hello! I'm experiencing an issue with my Google Pixel 3. It seems to be stuck in Google Assistant mode. Restarting the phone and letting the battery run out didn't fix the problem. Whenever I try to access an app from the home screen, the assistant just identifies the icons without opening them.
