I had my gmail, Google Voice, and Youtube tabs open all signed in with the same email address. The next day, I was signed out of Youtube and couldn't access my Playlists or channels. Despite being signed in on gmail and Google Voice, I forgot my Youtube password. I attempted various recovery steps, updated Chrome, and tried un-syncing and re-syncing my account. Unfortunately, this led to being signed out of both gmail and Google Voice, worsening the situation. Urgently needing access to my gmail for work and my Google Voice to contact family, I seek to reset my gmail password. Access to Youtube is also crucial for referencing saved tutorials. Desperate for assistance after a week of no progress through recovery steps, I reach out for help in resolving this issue promptly. Thank you, Tami C. Walsh from Bedford, PA. Email: [redacted] (currently inaccessible). Alternate email: [redacted]

I am trying to log into my Google account on a different phone with a new cell service and phone number. Unfortunately, my previous phone, which had the service, is broken and I cannot use it to receive the security code needed to log in. When I try to have the security code sent to my TextNow number, I am facing a glitch where the code briefly appears on my phone but disappears before I can interact with it. This situation is frustrating, and I am having difficulty accessing my account. I appreciate the security measures, but this experience is becoming exasperating. I hope to find a solution to this issue soon so I can easily manage my Google account on my new phone.

I am reaching out for assistance with my Gmail account, sbkhualkhual[at]gmail.com. It appears that someone has gained unauthorized access and changed the password. This person has also taken control of my Youtube channel originally named "khualkhual gaming" and renamed it multiple times. I suspect the individual is located in Indonesia as I currently reside in the USA. This incident occurred around December 15 or 16, [redacted]. I desperately need to regain access to my account as I use it for various social media and gaming purposes where I have put in a significant amount of effort. I kindly request Google's help in recovering my Gmail account, which was active in Indonesia. I am unable to recover it as I don't have associated accounts in the country. To prove ownership, I can confirm details like my recovery email sbsingpi[at]gmail.com. I urge Google to assist me in either restoring my account to how it was before the unauthorized access or provide me with a method to reset the password. Thank you for your understanding.

My husband had to update his Apple ID (email address) because he wasn't receiving any emails at the previous one. He set up a new email, [redacted], which worked well. About 18 months ago, Apple removed the new email from his settings, but it reappeared around 6 months ago. Since then, he has been unable to download any new apps. Despite trying all possible passwords and the security questions, we are getting error messages. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. The old email address that was removed is [redacted]

My email address is [redacted] Whenever I send an email, it seems to be associated with my son's name, Justin Woodall. Justin used to have a PlayStation account, and I believe this may be causing the issue. I purchased a Microsoft Edge computer in [redacted], and since setting it up, it has been identifying me as Justin Woodall, even though my son has never used or even seen this computer. I have attempted to make the necessary changes in the settings as suggested by Google Help to override how my email appears, but it hasn't worked. With my new business, it's crucial that my emails reflect my correct identity. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter.

I recently received an email from Google stating that accounts unused for over 2 years will be deleted. Although I have an unused account primarily for storage with a recovery email, I am unable to access it as Gmail says my device has changed. I am currently using my new laptop, having moved countries since I last logged in. I find this frustrating as I have the recovery email but still cannot access my old account due to the different device. I urgently need to retrieve important photos and documents before the account is deleted. Can anyone provide assistance with this issue?

Hello. I accidentally paid twice for admission to the Moco Museum in Amsterdam. Initially, I used my Visa card to pay 39€, but the transaction didn't show up immediately, so I ended up paying again with my other Dutch card in order to enter. I have the receipt from the museum and a screenshot of both transactions from my bank. The museum advised me to seek a refund for the duplicate payment. Can you assist me in getting a refund for the 39€ overcharge? Thank you for your help. Regards, Michal L.

Hello, I have a YouTube account where I stored my family's baby videos a few years ago. I used a Hotmail email address to log in. Unfortunately, I am currently locked out because the phone number linked to the account is an old one that I no longer have access to. I didn't anticipate being cut off from these precious memories in this manner. I do remember the correct password and email associated with the account, and I have the full phone number on file. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Recently, after a peculiar Chrome update, I noticed that "users" were being created when logging in with a Gmail account. Strangely, all my saved passwords and bookmarks got synced to my school account. Uncomfortable with my school possibly monitoring my activity on this private computer, I removed the school account "user." Unfortunately, I now can't find my bookmarks/passwords anywhere on the computer. This has caused some tension with my parents who also use this computer. How can I retrieve my old bookmarks/passwords on a new "user"?

I recently received an email from Google alerting me that there was a potential unauthorized access attempt on my account. However, upon checking my account activity, I did not see any unfamiliar devices. I've also noticed strange things happening on my phone, like text messages being read when I haven't accessed them. I'm concerned that my phone might have been hacked. I'd like to know how to investigate and identify who might be responsible for this intrusion. My email address is [redacted], and my phone number is [redacted].

I'm trying to access my Google account, but I forgot the password. Unfortunately, the verification process requires my phone, which has a broken screen and I can't see it. As a result, it moved to the second step of verification using my other email address, stating a response will be sent in 3-5 days. I can't wait that long as I have a new phone and need to set up my Gmail account promptly.

I need help recovering an old Gmail account. I have tried to remember my last password, but instead, I can recall several past passwords used for the account. If Gmail could allow me to provide this information, they would see that I am the rightful owner of the account. When I attempt to answer the security question about the last password, it prompts me to enter a code sent to the old phone number linked to the account. As I no longer have access to this number, I am unable to receive the code to verify my account. Is there any possible solution for this situation? Assistance is greatly appreciated.

My Google Mini is malfunctioning. I used to give commands like "OK Google, set an alarm for 8 AM that plays Frank Sinatra," and Google would confirm. Now, when I say the command, Google asks if I want to set an alarm repeatedly, even when I try other commands. Also, when I used to say "sleep," Google would ask what time I wanted to set the alarm for, but now it just repeats the alarm question. I've tried to contact Google all morning with no luck. How can I fix this issue?

I am requesting Google to close down three fraudulent Google Plus pages. I previously provided more details, but it seems to have disappeared. Here is a brief overview of the three accounts: 1. Vacation Sphere - [redacted] 2. Patrice Marie Sheridan - [redacted] 3. PSheridan - [redacted] These pages were found under my hacked email, [redacted], which has been recovered but is still being hacked frequently. The Google Plus pages appear to be imitations of my old Google mail account pages, although I have never subscribed to Google Plus. Google staff, please delete these fraudulent pages. I have provided their email links for your reference. Thank you, Patrice Sheridan

My daughter is currently unable to access her tablet because of the FRP protection. Unfortunately, the email address associated with the tablet is disabled, making it impossible to recover. I attempted to log in using the email and password linked to the tablet, as requested by FRP. However, the system is notifying me that the email address is invalid. I would appreciate any guidance on how to regain access to the tablet under these circumstances.
