I recently replaced my Nest thermostat due to an issue. I have two Alexa devices that used to communicate with the Nest, allowing me to ask about the temperature. However, after installing the new thermostat, my Alexa only shows the old device. I tried to reconnect them multiple times, but it seems like the migration to Google might have caused some issues. Alexa won't recognize my Google or Yahoo credentials. I need clear instructions to resolve this. Both the Nest and Alexa are functioning, but it seems like there's a problem with the emails or setup.

Hello. Over the past 9 years, I have utilized the same Gmail account for various purposes, from entertainment like YouTube, Xbox Live, and Steam store, to practical uses like Google Play Games and job applications. This account was also crucial for communication with loved ones, managing banking affairs, and storing academic documents on Google docs. Unfortunately, without warning, my account was disabled due to an alleged violation of Google's Terms and Services. Despite submitting multiple appeals, all have been denied without any clear reason, leaving me without access to important information and accounts tied to it. The loss of access is not only inconvenient but baffling, as I believe I have abided by the rules. I am seeking assistance to resolve this unsettling situation. Thank you.

I recently acquired a Moto G7 phone and encountered an issue while setting it up with my Google domain account. The setup process indicated that "Google Assistant" needed to be enabled by the administrator. To address this, I logged in as the administrator on my PC and activated the Assistant for all users. However, the phone still displays the same error message, hindering me from completing the setup. I would appreciate clarification on all the required items that must be enabled by the administrator. The instructions on the phone are outdated compared to the user interface in the browser admin account.

I created a Google account using the name "Sarah Long" and posted a false review about a business where I used to work. I can't recall the username but remember the password. I didn't provide a phone number or email for recovery. My ex-boss asked me to delete the review, but I can't access the account to remove it. I'm anxious about the situation. The business is "JEI Learning Center Tracy," and the review was left by me under the pseudonym "Sarah Long." Even though I flagged the review from my real account, it hasn't been removed yet. Dear Support, I am experiencing an issue with my son's phone after Google disabled the email address associated with it. This happened when I tried to set up Google Family Link and added my son's birthday, which revealed he is under 18. The phone is now locked and prompts for a password linked to the disabled email address. I have reached out to the phone provider, who directed me back to Google for a verification code that was sent to the disabled email. As a result, I am unable to access this email to unlock the device. I have provided a secondary contact for further assistance. I kindly ask for your help in resolving this matter by enabling access to the disabled email address. I forgot my password when I changed it back around October [redacted]. I have submitted numerous requests to recover it, but with no luck. I only receive an automated message after the first request is sent or resent. The phone number linked to the account is no longer in use. I have a court appearance tomorrow, and it is crucial that I recover my account to access a letter I wrote for the judge and emailed to myself two years ago. There was an error last week that led to my rearrest, and without that letter, I am at risk of being sent back to jail tomorrow. Please assist me in resolving this issue promptly.

There have been several unauthorized charges on my account totaling $[redacted].00, which has put my checking account in the negative. I'm 62 years old and my granddaughter, who is 5, plays games on my phone. I thought I had blocked these charges, but somehow it was turned off two weeks ago. I am not very familiar with how to handle this on my phone. The charges have caused my account to go into overdraft, which I cannot afford since I am on disability and have a very limited income. I would like a refund for these charges and to understand why this is happening. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I accidentally deleted an email a while ago and now I need access to it to manage some accounts linked to that address. However, when I try to recover it, it says the email doesn't exist. I attempted to create a new Gmail account with the same address, but it says the username is already taken. I am confused by this situation and urgently need to find a way to access the email. Hello, my husband created my daughter's email, [redacted], a few years ago for school purposes. Recently, she started receiving inappropriate ads. I adjusted the settings, changing her birth year from [redacted] to [redacted]. This led to her account being locked on her computer. On my computer, I'm unable to access my own email as it redirects to her account. I attempted to set up a parental account for her, [redacted], multiple times, but encountered an error message at the final step, resulting in everything being blocked. She urgently needs access to school files on the drive for her work today.

My name is Richard McCoy, and I created the Google account [redacted] in [redacted]. I decided to enable 2-step verification, but after getting arrested, my girlfriend disposed of my phone along with changing my account information. Upon release, I realized I could no longer access my account as the phone number associated with it was inactive. I've been attempting to recover it desperately as it contains important backed-up photos. I have all necessary documents like my birth certificate, social security card, and various bank cards to validate my identity if required.

Hello, I am having difficulty recovering my old Gmail account password. I am unable to access the recovery email I originally used and I no longer remember it. It has been a year since I last accessed this account, and I urgently need it for my data. I utilize Microsoft Outlook to manage my two personal Gmail accounts without any issues. Recently, I created a new Gmail account to incorporate Google Voice for my students. Despite multiple attempts, I have been unsuccessful in adding this new account to Outlook. Seeking help from our Technology Services team also did not resolve the issue, as a persistent popup keeps requesting the password repeatedly. I am puzzled by this problem and uncertain about the cause.

I am having trouble resetting my Google account password because I can no longer access the security information linked to it. Despite this, I can still retrieve my emails via the Gmail app on my phone and remember my last password, which your system recognized as correct. A few months back, I used this Gmail account for my Starbucks account but changed the password and now can't recall it. I am the Recruitment Manager at Advantage Smollan, the parent company of REL Field Marketing and Powerforce. There was a problem in our iCIMS database that affected the Powerforce career page at www.powerforcegb.com/join-us. Google for Jobs displayed some advertisements 8 days ago wrongly listing REL Field Marketing as the employer. I have fixed the issue in our database to ensure all future listings are accurate, but I now need assistance in removing the incorrect ads from 8 days ago. Can anyone provide support with this matter?

I am looking for advice on how to recall emails sent to several confidential recipients without using BCC and beyond the 30-second undo function. The emails are set to be opened in the morning, so I need to retract them before they are read. In the past, I've been able to recall emails if they haven't been opened yet. For the past four years, we have been operating Roman Island franchise stores in various locations in India and other countries. Currently, we do not have a store in Hyderabad or Telangana. When our Roman Island franchise customers begin their business, they use the Roman Island brand in their Google Business account. However, this information is displayed on Google Maps along with the locations and addresses. I kindly request the Google team to remove all Roman Island information from Google. Hello, I'm reaching out from Morocco. My personal name has been featured on defamatory URLs along with my picture and a comment on a website. Despite trying to suppress these links through the search console, I've found the websites to be untraceable after thorough research. These are fake websites and I can't file a complaint because Morocco is not included in the countries listed on Google's abuse report page. I've been unsuccessful in contacting the MENA department by phone or any other department. I would appreciate any assistance as I'm unable to report my personal name appearing on defamatory websites. I am reaching out for help regarding my Gmail account that has been hacked over a month ago. I have tried to recover it, but my phone number and backup email have been changed by the hacker.
