I ordered a watch from Club Factory which arrived broken. I decided to return it due to its poor quality. After initiating the return process, the seller approved it shortly after. Today, when I opened the Club Factory app, I noticed that they had refunded the amount to my Club Factory account. When I tried to transfer it to my bank account, the app indicated that the account number or IFSC code was incorrect, resulting in the balance deduction. I urge Club Factory to address and resolve this issue promptly.

I recently received a message from Google Play regarding my game Hay Day. Around 18 months ago, I lost access to my farm but continued to try to regain it despite password issues. While waiting, I started a new farm and joined a neighborhood, keeping my neighbors informed to prevent accidental deletion of my farm. Fortunately, I was eventually able to recover my original farm at Level 99. Google Play has notified me that I now have two farms and I am unable to use the shop properly. I am currently at Level [redacted] and concerned about deleting the unwanted farm without losing my progress. How can I delete the farm I don't want without affecting my primary farm? I misplaced my old device with access to my Google account, which has two-step verification enabled. Without the device or the phone number associated with it, I'm struggling to access my account [redacted] The recovery email [redacted] is also inaccessible, compounding the issue as they are linked for recovery. While I recall the password for the primary account and the recovery phone number, the two-step verification is hindering my access. Unfortunately, I'm unable to recollect the password for the secondary account and am uncertain about the creation dates. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this predicament.

I recently updated my password due to using an older one. After completing the process, I received a notification from Google mentioning that this is a new device. However, I have been using this laptop for three years. I have accounts with Fairfax County Public Schools, Google Chrome, and another Google account accessed through Internet Explorer using my email [redacted] I simply want to confirm that while my account may be new to this laptop, the device itself is not new.

Hello, my name is V.J. I have been a Google and Gmail customer since around [redacted]. My email addresses were [redacted] and [redacted] On November 7, [redacted], I discovered that my LG 7 thinQ phone was hacked after a troubling incident with my former boyfriend. He, along with a group of hackers, has been infiltrating my devices, altering settings, and causing significant distress in various ways. Multiple email accounts have been compromised and passwords changed daily. I am currently using my 12th phone due to these security breaches. There have been instances of invasion of privacy, identity theft, and even physical break-ins at my residence. I have reported these incidents to the authorities and taken legal action against the individual responsible. Any assistance in removing unauthorized access from my devices, recovering my original email accounts, and enhancing my security measures would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help.

I received a message on WhatsApp from the phone number +[redacted] 97 [redacted] 89 91 claiming to be from Google Inc Middle East. The message congratulates me on being selected for a free Apple iPhone 11 and Apple Macbook Pro, providing a gift code and instructions on how to claim the gift. It requests my full name, claim code, WhatsApp number, and home or office address to be emailed to [redacted] I am unsure if this message is legitimate or if it might be a virus or spam.

I can't access my email account [redacted] because I forgot my password. Although I'm receiving SMS on my registered mobile number ending in G-******, I can't find the option to fill in the information. I've also tried the recovery email option and received a six-digit code, but it's not working. I have my registered number [redacted] and recovery email [redacted] linked to my email [redacted] Please assist me in recovering and activating my account promptly.

I have a concern regarding Google News. I noticed there are eight stories about the Kardashians, which many people don't find newsworthy. It's concerning that Google dedicates so much coverage to them. I question their merit for such extensive exposure. The Kardashians are not positive role models and lack moral values. What significant contributions have they made in fields like medicine, science, or literature? It's disappointing that Google prioritizes them in the news. I recommend reassessing the news selection criteria to focus on more meaningful stories. Reporting on Kim buying ice cream at McDonald's is trivial and unimportant. Thank you.

I spent around $[redacted] on a game called "Hunter Ova" or 헌터 Ova. The game has announced its closure in 3 days. Despite having monthly and yearly packages that are supposed to last, the sudden closure violates Korean law which requires a 30-day notice for such cases. This game has been flagged as an illegal copy program leading to its removal from the Google App Store. Despite contacting Google for a refund, I was directed to the app developer who has not responded to my over 10 emails. I am disappointed and hope Google can assist in resolving this issue as I downloaded the game from their App Store and seek refunds for all my purchases in the game.

I can't recall my Gmail account password and security question. I attempted to use the 'forgot my password' option, received a verification code on my mobile number, but then was stuck on the security question. After trying another option leading to a recovery email I can't remember, I lost access to my account linked with Facebook, Instagram, and Google Drive where I stored important files and photos. I've lost all my data and need assistance to recover my account. Could someone provide a working Google/Gmail customer service contact for India? I received a WhatsApp message regarding a supposed gift from Google Inc Middle East. The message claims that my Google ID has been selected for a free Apple iPhone 11 and Apple MacBook Pro Laptop. It provides a Gift Voucher with a code and instructions to claim the gift by emailing the code to [redacted] along with my full name, WhatsApp number, and home or office address. The message is signed off by International Relations from Google Inc. United Kingdom.

I am struggling to access my 3 accounts due to forgotten passwords. I own a Galaxy Note 8, not a Galaxy Note 7 as your system suggests. Additionally, I have changed my phone number and need to update it in your system. Resetting passwords has been overwhelming for me, as I am not very tech-savvy. Hello, I'm Michelle. Recently, after the release of the iPhone 11, my iPhone X stopped working. Apple gave me a new phone as the old one couldn't boot. Now, I'm locked out of my Gmail account ([redacted]). I haven't updated the recovery phone number, so I can't verify my identity with Google as I can't access the old phone. I am interested in recovering an email account I had approximately 12 years ago under the name jimw2020. The account was used for Yahoo, Hotmail, and at one point, Gmail. Unfortunately, I have forgotten the password for the Gmail account since it has been so long and it was not my primary address. I now use [redacted] as a substitute. The recovery process involves sending a security code to my Yahoo account, but when I enter it into Gmail, it fails to authenticate my identity due to the account's inactivity for over a decade. Despite this, I can verify the account belongs to me through an email checking service that traces it back to Scranton, PA. I am eager to regain access to my jimw2020@gmail address and wonder if there is a way to accomplish this given my long absence from the account. I cannot remember the old password I used. I'm having trouble accessing my Google accounts. I had to create a new one. I suspect my girlfriend is interfering with my Gmail accounts as she has access to my passwords, social security number, birthday, and past passwords. We co-own a fictitious business name, and she has extensive knowledge about me. I urgently need to resolve this issue as I am missing important notifications about my cable and electric bills due to being unable to sign in to my Google accounts.
