Hello. I'm an art teacher... got a grant & just spent about $*** on the latest and greatest Cricut (cutting) machine. At present, I have to use my galaxy S* to interface with it instead of a computer. I just started trying to get this machine set up and when I click on the Cricut app, it says*"Authentication required. You need to sign into your Google acct." The only option is to click "OK" and when I do, the app closes and I'm immediately back to my app screen. I can't do ANYTHING else. I have been on the phone with Cricut support * times this evening. Here's the problem: I already AM signed into my Google account! My email and everything else is working fine. We have tried *) deleting the Cricut app*restarting my phone &reinstalling it, *) removing my google account (My school email, which is *****@***.com) & reinstalling it THEN deleting the Cricut app and reinstalling it *) manually generating a system update on my phone, *) on my phone settings, opening the Apps and deleting all the data and cache. Nothing has so far has worked and Cricut tells me they have done all they can suggeat on their end* apparently it must be a Google glitch that I must contact you about. Please help! I really need to use this machine for several of my classes and I'm completely stuck. Please advise ASAP. Thanks so much!
