I need help with my Gmail account [redacted] because I suspect it's been hacked. I can only access it through Yahoo and Chrome, unable to use Play Store or reconnect it to my Google account as it says I'm not connected to the server. Checking my activity log, it seems someone in Tennessee, possibly Davidson County, has unauthorized access. When I try to reset the password, they change it via authentication code or two-step verification. I feel frustrated and worried as I have personal and music-related data in that account. I'm from Owensboro, Kentucky, using Sprint with the number [redacted]. I can't recall when I created [redacted], but it was my first account. Please investigate and inform Google tech support to take action against these hackers.

I am interested in knowing if Google currently has or might develop a search tool that allows users to upload a photo of a plant, animal, or other items for identification, similar to the one I described. For instance, if I have a question about a specific type of tree or flower, and I upload a photo to Google for a search, the tool could use an algorithm to analyze the image and provide information such as who, what, when, where, and why related to the search query. This feature would help me find answers by matching the data provided with my knowledge. I am curious if Google has considered offering or could consider developing such a tool. Thank you, A.A. Browning

I suspect that someone, possibly one of my daughter's friends, accessed my phone and made unauthorized charges totaling over $[redacted] in my bank account and $[redacted].71 on my Verizon account. Throughout the past year, I received notifications of changes to my Amazon and Google passwords, which I had dismissed until now when I noticed substantial missing amounts in my bills. Unfortunately, I cannot prove who did this, as it may have been a child playing with my device. This situation is especially challenging for me as a cancer patient relying on disability funds. I am unable to file a police report due to lack of evidence. Any assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am currently unable to access my Gmail account, [redacted] I recently sold my old phones, a Samsung Galaxy S9+ and an LG Stylo 3, which had my Google account linked to them. I am unable to receive a verification text on these phones. Additionally, I used my high school email as a verification email, which is no longer accessible. I urgently need access to my Google account to retrieve my apps, photos, and personal data. You can contact me at [redacted] or email me at [redacted] Unfortunately, I do not remember my frequent flyer number security question because I have never flown before. My name is Bryan Thomas Wilson, and my old phone number linked to Google is [redacted]. I am willing to provide any necessary personal information to regain access to my account. Please assist me in recovering my account.

I am really tired of someone constantly formatting my phone. In one week, sometimes 3 or 4 times, they format it and change my settings, including the MAC address. I lost my fingerprint a long time ago using my IXOAMI REDMI NOTE 4 with build OPM1.[redacted].[redacted]. When my device got locked, I switched to a vivo Y27, which I then lent to my ex-fiancee. I have since purchased a new vivo [redacted] and continue using it. I suspect my phone was hacked when I found my Redmi Note 4 fingerprint in my ex-fiancee's Huawei phone. I noticed my text in her Microsoft Google account. I was shocked to see the same number on my apps as on her phone. She continues to disrupt my email and phone number for hacking purposes, adding malicious files to my Gmail. Despite my complaints, I receive automated responses instructing not to reply. I hope to resolve this problem discreetly to avoid further troubles.

I was using G Suite for my email account, yves[at]aliporc.ca, but I am unable to access it. I've created a new email account, abcyvesleduc[at]gmail.com, with aliases to continue using Gmail. I want to transfer all my emails from yves[at]aliporc.ca in G Suite to my new Gmail account, abcyvesleduc[at]gmail.com. I am open to doing this in 2 steps if needed, transferring first to a temporary email and then back to abcyvesleduc[at]gmail.com. Ideally, a direct transfer would be preferred, but currently, I cannot even access yves[at]aliporc.ca. Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated. You can contact me at yl_0404[at]hotmail.com as it's the only email I can easily access at the moment.

I have attempted the account recovery process multiple times, restarted my device, logged in to all accounts repeatedly, scanned for malware, reset settings, and disabled sync, which I now can't re-enable on my PC. I can only access my accounts on my phone, but it's crucial I access them on my PC as well. This issue started when I noticed my grandson's Gmail account was left open after his visit. After signing him out, my primary account, [redacted], was also signed out, triggering the problems I am facing. I constantly receive an error message stating "Sorry, something went wrong. Try again." Furthermore, I encountered a [redacted] error message saying, "Something went wrong. That's all we know." I urgently need to regain access to my accounts on my PC.

There is a Chinese company named Hong Kong Runda Textile Company Limited that produces textiles under the name Miss Lin Textiles. They used my sister's photo without permission, which has led to a legal case with the human rights commission in Nigeria. It seems that Google may be assisting in hiding information about the company and their online platforms. We may consider legal action against Google unless they provide details of the individuals involved and shipment records.

I have been trying to recover my account since August 5, [redacted], and I keep getting the runaround. My email is [redacted], and I have followed all the necessary steps, but Google keeps blocking me. The account holds precious memories like my grandbaby's birth, her first birthday party, my great aunt's 90th birthday party, my mother's 70th birthday party, and my 30th class reunion. These irreplaceable pictures are vital to me. I continuously receive error messages stating my account has been disabled due to the way I'm signing in and sign-in attempts being blocked from my linked account. It has been two weeks, and I am yet to hear from Google. This situation is urgent for me, and the lack of response is unacceptable.

I require assistance in setting up the Google Remote Desktop extension (RDE) on my Mom's Macbook for ongoing access from my Windows 10 computer. We have installed RDE on the Macbook, created a one-time shared passcode, and successfully connected briefly between our devices. However, I am struggling to discover how to configure continuous access to the Macbook without having to generate new one-time shared passcodes. As a temporary solution, I have been using TeamViewer to access the Macbook but can only do so in one-minute intervals with ten-minute breaks in between.

I accidentally dropped my new iPhone and now I can't access my Google account because the screen is broken. I've been trying to recover my account through my daughter's email, but the verification process is not working. It's urgent for me to get into my contacts as my father is in the hospital. I can't remember my account creation date, but I can provide any other necessary information. My recovery phone number is not working either, so I'm using my son's phone now. I urgently need assistance with this matter, please help me fix it as soon as possible. Thank you.

Hello, I am Antonio Zaja and I am seeking assistance in recovering my old Gmail account, [redacted], which I created around [redacted] or [redacted]. Unfortunately, I do not recall my old phone number or recovery email associated with the account. There is a possibility that the recovery email might be [redacted], but I no longer have access to it. Due to security concerns, I created a new email, [redacted] I currently reside in Cork, Ireland, since December [redacted], with previous residencies including Germany from [redacted] and Croatia. On my Facebook profile, you can find my old email Toreador87 and my current email azaja1987. I mainly used a computer and a laptop back when the original account was created. I inadvertently marked an email from Facebook as spam while clearing out my email account, and my account got shut down. When trying to recover it, I entered my name, Jennifer Proescher, but it was deemed invalid. I then tried the two-step recovery process and was able to progress, but received a message saying my account could not be validated at that time. My work email is now inaccessible, containing important flight information and work emails. I feel frustrated and worried as this email has been crucial for 9 years, linked to everything in my life from banking to work. How can I resolve this issue?

Hello! I'm experiencing a slight issue with updating the system software on my recently purchased Google Pixel 3 XL. I have taken steps to ensure the phone's authenticity, such as checking the IMEI number on IMEI.info and verifying the build number and serial number. Despite this, I am unable to update the software past the '5 September [redacted]' patch. Even after applying for the Android Q beta over 24 hours ago, I have not received any updates. I have searched through various forums and sites like Reddit without success. I appreciate the unofficial Google support available and have found help on 'gethuman.com' to be more useful than Google forums. I look forward to your assistance. Thank you! Best regards, Immy - Google Pixel 3 XL user 📱

I recently upgraded my phone to an LG G8 ThinQ. Despite this, the system still shows my old Moto Play 5 phone. I am struggling to access my Bering Sea Free account due to password issues. I tried keeping the same password but it forced me to change it, and now I can't recall the new one. The process with Google has been frustrating. Please address this problem promptly. My contact number is [redacted], and my email is [redacted] Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter.

I am experiencing an issue where emails are not appearing right after being sent. This problem has been ongoing since the beginning but lately, it became more concerning due to a recent event that almost caused me financial loss. I check my email daily, and sometimes emails are missing, only to reappear days later as if they were sent on the original date. Today, on August 22, [redacted], this happened again with approximately 3 or 4 emails from Dodo, a phone company, dated around August 6th or 8th, [redacted]. These emails were not visible on the original dates but are now showing up on the correct days. This delay in email visibility has potentially resulted in additional charges from the phone company that I am not responsible for.

Good afternoon! My daughter sometimes uses my YouTube account, and I monitor her activities. She uploaded a video titled "Dancing and Having Fun" with her friend, but it was taken down due to copyright issues. I received an email stating my account is under review as it appears to be managed by someone under 13 years old, locking me out of my Gmail. They requested personal information which made me uncomfortable. I have crucial emails I need to access and I'm unsure of what steps to take. Since I can't log in, I may not receive your response via email. I'd appreciate any help to resolve this issue.

After my girlfriend accidentally smashed my phone that she had previously used to back up all my contacts and important information, I purchased a new phone from T-Mobile. However, I am now unable to access my Gmail account on the new phone despite various attempts at account recovery. Unfortunately, the verification code sent to my backup email is not allowing me to sign in. I have gone through all the steps Google has suggested, but my ex-girlfriend possesses my old phone which I used to back up my data. As a result, I am at a loss on how to retrieve my phone numbers, pictures, and other crucial information. It seems that the damage to my old phone is preventing me from accessing the necessary backup.

I am using Office [redacted] on my computer, and one of my email accounts is a Gmail. Recently, I noticed a pop-up message that reads, "MICROSOFT APPS & SERVICES would like to: Read, compose, send, permanently delete your email from Gmail. See all your personal information, including any possible info I've made publicly available." I am confused as to why Microsoft is requesting these permissions. Why would I want to allow Microsoft to do this, including deleting my emails? Furthermore, I have stopped receiving my Gmail messages on my laptop. I am concerned about the security implications of these issues. Can someone please explain? Thank you. - Gene
