While browsing on my phone and visiting Google, I clicked on an article and a pop-up claiming to be from ATT appeared, asking me to take a survey about their internet service with the chance to win a Galaxy S10, iPhone, or Samsung S9. Naively, I completed the survey, providing my shipping information, debit card details, and email address on the evening of 9/10. The following day, on 9/11, I noticed an unauthorized $4.95 charge from flexel.com in my bank account online. Subsequently, on 9/12, there were three more unauthorized transactions: one for $69.95 from flexel.com and two from gameduster.com, one for $69.95 and the other for $4.95. I have been unsuccessful in locating any contact information for these websites. I am deeply unhappy with this situation, and I believe that because this occurred while I was on your site, your company bears some responsibility. There should be measures in place to prevent unauthorized activities like these. I seek your assistance in this matter. I have already visited my bank, but they are unable to take action until the transactions clear.

I am attempting to link my Google Pay with PayPal on my Android device in Canada. After reaching out to PayPal support, it became clear that the PayPal mobile app I am using has discrepancies from the information provided by their customer service. The settings menu in my app seems to be missing some options and has different listings compared to what is expected. Furthermore, the layout and menu options in my Google Pay app do not align with standard information found online. Despite searching various phrases online, the guidance on linking these two apps differs from my experience, both on forums and in support resources. Key points to consider: - Google Pay, PayPal, and Android OS are all up-to-date. - PayPal support suggests contacting Google for assistance on this matter. It seems likely that the issue could be due to regional restrictions on linking Google Pay and PayPal or a compatibility issue with my Alcatel REVVL [redacted] device running Android 7.0, originally from the US and now being used in BC, Canada without carrier network access.

I was hospitalized on August 1st and while trying to pay bills, I noticed multiple charges from Google on my account. I checked my Google activity history and realized I didn't make any purchases myself. As an older woman surviving on disability payments, nearly $[redacted] has been taken this month - money I rely on for groceries and transportation to medical appointments. I urgently need to speak to someone as I need to cancel my card to prevent further unauthorized charges. I am unwell and need answers about getting the money refunded to my new card once issued. I didn't authorize these transactions and need to ensure my account is secure. Thank you.

I am in need of regaining access to my email account [redacted] I completed the information for the recovery team and waited for 5 days. Unfortunately, I received an email stating that they couldn't verify my identity. Due to a factory reset on my tablet using the same device and Wi-Fi connection, I found myself locked out of my account. A phone number change due to losing our phone in a hurricane added to the complications as it was done under my husband's email while I was already locked out of mine. I have been using this email for almost a decade, having set it up when I was 29, and now I am 38. I can provide details of recent emails sent and received from the account. Your assistance in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I recently posted a negative review on Google for a local business that I had a bad experience with. Despite their attempts to resolve the issue, we couldn't find a middle ground. Approximately a day ago, I explicitly asked them to stop contacting me. Yet, today, I received more emails from them. Interestingly, I noticed that my review has been removed multiple times. I can confirm that my review abided by all Google review guidelines. How is this happening? In my review, I expressed my disappointment about a recent interaction with the business. If I had known they had no drivers available, I would have understood. However, the way Jaden handled the situation was disrespectful and didn't respect my time at all. The service's failure to communicate driver unavailability promptly wasted an hour of my busy day. I believe Tyltgo's actions contradicted their own mission statement. Despite my request for no further communication, I am still receiving emails from Tyltgo. I am concerned this may constitute harassment. I am seeking guidance on whether my Google review violates any rules and how the business keeps removing it. I feel targeted and need help resolving this issue to share my feedback effectively.

I am experiencing homelessness and struggle with mental health and memory challenges, making it hard to remember passwords and important details. Recently, my prepaid phone was stolen, and I've lost access to my Facebook and Gmail accounts. My legal name is Earl Gene Stanley, but I go by Pearl Jean Stanley as a transgender woman. The email I can't access is [redacted], and the Facebook account is under Pearl Stanley (PJ). I provided a recovery email [redacted], but I also can't remember the password for that. Going through this hardship of homelessness has been tough. I’ve tried using [redacted] temporarily, but the automated system is not confirming my ownership of [redacted] Can you assist me in recovering my old account, please?

I recently replaced my cracked cell phone and gave my old one to an old friend without factory resetting it first. Unfortunately, this friend accessed all my accounts, including Facebook, and even added a virus to my page. I contacted Facebook and was advised to change all my passwords, but my primary Gmail account, [redacted], is now inaccessible since it was changed by him. Despite trying Google's recovery website, I am still locked out of my email. I regret trusting this friend and causing any inconvenience. You can now reach me at [redacted] Thank you for your help. Hello, I am Martha S. I need help recovering my Google account. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the recovery phone number. Additionally, my deleted account contains all my photos and appears to be linked to a Samsung account, which I cannot access. The active account is natureenthusiast32[at]gmail.com, but I lack the recovery phone number for this one as well. The deleted account, muffysivyer[at]gmail.com, with my pictures, needs attention too. I appreciate any assistance as I've contacted phone support, but my old number is now in use by someone else. Thank you so much. Martha S.

I was persuaded by Google to change my password, although I'm unsure why. This resulted in me getting a complex, randomly generated password that I can't remember. I have been a subscriber to Google YouTube Premium for over a year, with the payments reflected on my MasterCard statement. Unfortunately, this service seemed to disappear with my old password, leaving me with endless ads before videos. I want to revert to my previous password and continue paying for the ad-free service, as music and lectures on YouTube have been a significant source of comfort since my husband's passing. Last weekend was chaotic as my children were visiting to celebrate my 80th birthday, possibly leading to me forgetting my familiar password and losing the ad-blocking benefits. I need assistance resolving this issue.

When I link Google Contacts with WhatsApp, it causes confusion. The issue arises when an old phone number is listed for a contact, and then the ID of the new owner of that old number gets merged in WhatsApp. This situation presents a privacy problem. I sought a WhatsApp Report regarding the old number, and on 10-Aug-[redacted], I received a merged "GDPR" report for the new number. I consider this to be a significant flaw. I can provide screenshots or PDF documents to clarify this complaint I have.

Hello, I recently posted a review about Laroux Law LLC in Westminster, CO on Google Maps. Since then, they have been harassing me over my negative feedback. They are pressuring me to edit or delete my review and have even threatened legal action. I believe they should be penalized by having their Google listing removed. Such behavior undermines the honesty of the review system, and companies that resort to intimidation tactics should not be featured on platforms like Google Maps. It's important to uphold the integrity of reviews by holding accountable those who try to manipulate them. Intimidating reviewers into changing their feedback goes against Google's terms of service. If this continues, honest reviews will be stifled, and the trust in the review process will erode. I urge you to investigate and take necessary action, possibly even involving their website. Thank you for addressing this issue. If you need further details, feel free to contact me. Best, Danny Skelly

My Samsung Galaxy S9+ was stolen, and I received a temporary Samsung A20 while awaiting a replacement S9+. I updated my phone number to the new device, but my Google account is still linked to the A20, which is no longer in use. I've been trying to recover my account to access important emails, but Google thinks I am trying to access the old device. I'm frustrated with the process and the verification questions, especially the creation date of my account. Can someone help me resolve this issue promptly? I need access to my [redacted] emails. Thank you. - William Glen Cummins II

I am a member of Lenox Villas Condo Association and we are facing difficulties accessing our trade marked Google email account that belongs to the Board of Directors. The previous President, Elise Ann Woodward, who has been relieved of her duties, is withholding access by changing all account passwords. Despite legal action taken with a cease and desist order from the community's attorney, she refuses to release the necessary information. We have elected a new President, yet we are still unable to retrieve control of the account. It is imperative that we regain access promptly. If you require further documentation, please inform us. Sincerely, Christie Y.

As a devoted Google customer, I am upset about being charged by Google for something called King, which I know is fraudulent. Struggling to make ends meet with only $[redacted] every two weeks to care for my two children, I feel distressed and taken advantage of. If social services were to get involved due to these charges, it would be a tragic situation. I cannot afford any errors in my tight budget that covers the essentials for my children like diapers, wipes, and food. I hope Google realizes the impact of taking money meant for my children. Please address this issue promptly. Thank you for your understanding.

Hello, I am Sean Overlock, the owner of Sean Overlock State Farm Insurance agency in Phoenix, Arizona. For the past 14 years, my agency has been serving customers with excellence. Recently, a 1-star review was left on my Google listing by Taylour Campbell, who was not a customer but a job applicant. She was dissatisfied after not being selected for a staff position and left a retaliatory review on August 9th, [redacted]. This reviewer's actions represent a clear conflict of interest and do not reflect the genuine feedback of a customer. I have reported this to Google and urge them to remove this misleading review promptly. Prior to this, we had accumulated 64 5-star reviews showcasing our exceptional customer service. I am available for further discussion if needed. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated as it is impacting my business negatively. Thank you for your assistance. - Sean Overlock

My wife recently retired as a school teacher, and her email account was deactivated. With her new smartphone, we needed to get her a personal email address. I assisted her in creating a new email through Google, thinking it would be a simple process. Unfortunately, when setting up her gmail account on my computer, it became attached to my account. I want her to have her own separate email account. Whenever she tries to access her gmail on my computer, it wants to make her email the primary one. I use AT&T email for my business, which needs to remain the primary account on this computer. I'm seeking a solution where my wife can log into her account on my computer without any changes being made. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I am inquiring about Google Fi prepaid plans. I have already paid through to the 2nd of September. I would like to delay starting a plan with them until the 3rd of September. Can they send me a SIM card and complete the remainder of the month with my current service provider? I will call from a different phone. I am on the totally unlimited plan which costs $10 more than the other plan, and I pay $6 for insurance on my LG Stylo 4. I prefer to keep my current phone number. I enjoy watching TV on my phone since giving up satellite and Wi-Fi. MetroPCS assured me a year ago that they had the app I needed, for which I paid extra. Can someone please reach out to me to discuss starting a plan with Google Fi? My contract with MetroPCS has ended, and they were supposed to unlock my phone by now.

I created a business listing for Superior Taxi in Lexington, Kentucky. Unfortunately, I accidentally included an address, which caused the postcard to be sent to the wrong location. I would like to change the listing to have a service area without a specific address in Lexington, KY. To verify the listing, please contact me at [redacted] or [redacted] When calling, ask for Louis Browning, the manager for this listing. If necessary, you can send any correspondence to [redacted] Shannon Road, Paris, KY [redacted], as I am unable to receive mail at [redacted] Bolser Avenue, Lexington, KY [redacted]. It's important that the service area is correctly listed in Lexington, KY. Thank you for your assistance with this issue. Sincerely, C.H.
