Hello,*I have had a past email account with google for at least *** years, at least, (original email account is (*****@***.com). My old password is not working, and it wont allow me to reset it due to my account access is attached to the old phone that was lost. I cannot access my account due to the fact of my phone number that connects with that account was lost. I lost my phone * months ago, I had to start over with a new email account, and that lost phone gmail account is tied into my original email account. I need all of the info in that original email account to help me renew my contacts list and email contacts to my new phone. However, I keep getting the same answers when I try to recover my old account, which is "we cannot help you at this time" Please help me recover the email address above.
