Since the recent update on my Samsung Galaxy S7, it has become inefficient to use. The update has disrupted crucial functions such as dictation and audio playback through my car system while navigating, causing significant inconvenience. Additionally, the updated interface has altered my familiar icons, and the Google keyboard now changes languages while I type.
The impact of this update has greatly slowed down my productivity and forced me to invest valuable time into resolving issues that should not have arisen in the first place. It feels as though efficiency has been compromised for the sake of pushing through this update without considering its effects on users like myself.
I urge for greater consideration and attentiveness in future updates, as the time wasted on trying to adapt to unnecessary changes is significant and frustrating. Thank you for prioritizing the user experience and addressing these concerns.

My Gmail has been non-functional for a week. Initially, I received a server rejection message when trying to log in. Despite changing the password, the issue persists. Recent attempts triggered an "out of storage" error, even after clearing out folders and Google Drive. When attempting to create a new account, it remained linked to the dysfunctional original. Now, I cannot access Google Mail online. I am concerned about important saved emails in folders. I have created an Outlook account, [redacted], for temporary communication. I am a huge fan of Google and I believe Google Assistant is the best AI assistant. However, I have been frustrated with the constant password resets and security questions, especially given how I help others with tech using my email. Unfortunately, I lost access to my original account, [redacted], which had all my precious data since I was a kid. Despite creating a new account, [redacted], I lost access due to unfortunate events, losing my phone and laptop. This has impacted my online college course communication and Google Play purchases. The phone number I initially used (+[redacted]32) is no longer in my possession since it was recycled due to inactivity as per company policy. Consequently, I'm unable to access my account as I have forgotten the password and the recovery code is being sent to my old number. I am facing an issue where my personal information and photos were uploaded to a phone number I don't recognize. This happened as my phone was stolen a few months back, and it contained sensitive information and pictures. The phone in question belongs to my business, OptimisLLC, as well as my personal phone. I am eager to retrieve my phone, especially since it holds important business contacts that I currently don't have access to. The key individuals involved in this situation so far are Michelle, Tina, and Shannon. The relevant phone numbers associated are [redacted] [my number], [redacted] [Michelle’s phone number], and the unknown number [redacted], which sent some of my pictures to my new phone on April 4th, [redacted] at 3:51 p.m. I am particularly concerned as one of the photos features a murder suspect, whose image was shared by the police to my family. These pictures also include shots of me, my late mother, my brother, my niece, my daughter, and the suspect wearing a hoodie and sunglasses in separate images. Given the criminal investigation circumstances and my desire for privacy, I am kindly requesting the return of my property and the removal of my information from Google’s iCloud, following up on details Michelle shared with me. I accidentally deleted one message, and now all my messages are gone. The trash icon has disappeared too, making it impossible to recover any other emails. I feel frustrated as it seems like no one will address this issue, and my Gmail is now useless. I might have to switch back to using my Comcast email for everything. Unlike Gmail, Comcast support is more interactive and helpful. I wish there was a way to resolve this issue, but I'm not sure how. My Gmail is [redacted], not sure if it's functional. I encountered an issue when trying to update my YouTube channel name linked to my Gmail. Initially, the change did not apply, requiring three attempts for it to finalize. Now, I am unable to revert to my previous name due to YouTube's limit on name changes within three months after what seems like multiple changes, though the alteration was made thrice to the same name.
Users express frustration over long wait times for name change availability. Moreover, I noticed that emails sent through Gmail display my new YouTube name, contrasting with Outlook on my laptop where I can adjust the sender's name.
I seek assistance with three matters:

I've been experiencing issues with my Gmail account, [redacted] Recently, the account has been rejecting my password inconsistently. Upon completing a three-month residential inpatient treatment program where phones and internet access were restricted, I found myself unable to access my email due to my ex-boyfriend changing the password, recovery email, and phone number associated with it. Now that I have graduated from the program, I am seeking assistance to regain access to my email account as all the recovery information was altered by my ex-boyfriend whom I am no longer in contact with. I found myself overwhelmed by the influx of emails in my inbox at [redacted] To address this, I created a new email account, [redacted], with the intention of transferring all my contacts and emails from the old address to the new one. After completing the transfer, I disabled the sync between the two accounts. However, I am still receiving emails from my old account, [redacted], on my new account, which defeats the purpose of switching in the first place. I have checked the settings for both accounts but cannot find any indication of an active sync. Any assistance on how to stop the emails from syncing between the two accounts would be greatly appreciated.

My wife and I have separate accounts for everything, including iCloud. Somehow, someone has managed to link our two accounts and change her IP address, making it impossible for us to access her account. They have even deleted the McAfee security software and now have control over her account as well as mine. While I can access mine with minimal issues, all our pictures and personal information are linked. We desperately need help to resolve this. I recently had my Samsung S-9 phone stolen from Habachi Buffet in West Covina while I was dining. I had my location GPS on at the time of the incident and even tried to call my friend before entering the restaurant, but the phone went missing while I was away from my table. I have reported the theft to T-Mobile and Samsung, but after five days, my phone is still missing. I have an external memory card with important data that is linked to my Google account. Can Google assist me in locating my stolen phone, a Samsung S-9 with 256GB of storage?

I am experiencing issues with creating a UPI pin on Google Pay. Every time I try, I receive an error message saying "exceeded retry attempts (ZT)." I am upset because the Google Play app processed transactions on my credit card without my consent. After using the app for less than a day, I uninstalled it, yet it still charged me without permission. The first transaction was for a Rs1 trial, and then a Rs7400 charge for a one-year membership without my authorization. The app in question is called Face Aging and Palm Reading. I am requesting a refund for these unauthorized charges.
