Last week when Macy's prompted me to clear my browsing history on Google in order to reset the Macy's password (* Agents later, still not successful), and this "clearing" wiped out all of the contact email addresses on my primary gmail account. I have been struggling with help to get them added back. One of your online help sites cautioned that adding an account could become the primary account. I don't want that! A Verizon rep kindly told me to click in the primary account email address area. After logging in, I proceeded to click "create account", as there was no "add account" option. I began to insert the address of my former google account, and had to then put in a username. I don't recall having one for this account so I put the letters from this account to be added in front of "@gmail.com" in the username request. The response indicated that had already been taken. Of course, it has* it's my account that was deleted. Additionally, I have a school email account (through Google) to be added back, as well as a non Google tds.net account to be added back. For the unsuccessful attempt, I don't want new letters in front of "@gmail.com" because I have already had business cards printed with this account: *****@***.com **The two additional accounts to be returned are:*******@***.com and*******@***.com**I do not want any of these to be my primary account.
