If you are looking for a refund you should call into the company as the best option is to talk with a representative about the charges. If it is fraud you should call in to cancel your card and request a refund.
The issue in GetHuman-sthlrd's own words
My name is Rigo Diaz and I was notified by my debit card company (AMEX) that there was a charge on my card for **.** for something on Google Play. Not sure exactly what it is for, however I do know that I did not purchase or attempt to purchase anything for that price. I have purchased smaller items in the past that were for .** cents or *.** or even *.**. I remember only one purchase for **.** but it was at a year or * ago. It was for a growth package on the Injustice * app. I have contacted Amex and they said it would be quicker with Google because it is still pending. Otherwise I would have to wait up to ** days to receive **.** which is completely ridiculous. Please advise as to what I can do.
