I explicitly asked for my files not to be shared on the cloud due to potential sensitive health information that could violate HIPAA Laws. I work as a Professional Registered Nurse, making this breach a serious concern. Moreover, a recruiter accessed my files and shared a resume without authorization. I am encountering severe issues with Google ads overwhelming my phone. Despite attempting various fixes and seeking advice, I have come across a chain reaction from one website to an advertising agency resulting in intrusive local ads appearing frequently and taking over my screen. This situation, while intriguing, is quite alarming for me. I have long been a Motorola user with Android and have been a loyal Google user, utilizing services like Gmail. I acknowledge the importance of ethical advertising practices with transparent content and positioning. My phone now seems to be under some kind of spell. I am bombarded with full-screen ads at regular intervals, including upon unlocking my phone or during calls, which have even disrupted conversations. This constant intrusion has left me frustrated and at a loss for solutions. I seek assistance to resolve this issue promptly before considering switching to non-Android devices. Good Afternoon, I am seeking assistance with my Gmail account that I've had for over 7 years. Recently, after changing my password for security, I did not write it down. Despite numerous attempts, I couldn't recall the new password. I initiated the account recovery process on multiple devices but encountered difficulties answering the date when I created my Gmail account and providing a recovery email verification code. Unfortunately, my University of Illinois email, which was the recovery email, is no longer active. I have access to my phone and various G-Suite emails linked to my account but am puzzled by the verification issues. I am desperate to regain access as my email contains important information. I am struggling to comprehend the issues with my Adsense account. I have been informed of having 2 Adsense accounts, and I am unsure of the reason for this. Additionally, they mentioned insufficient content on my website and redirecting or misleading traffic, which is confusing to me. There was a recent problem with ipage where incorrect files were uploaded to my site during a mix-up. I am uncertain if Adsense is referring to that website, which is still being developed, as it was transferred to Wordpress.

I have been dealing with a company that wants my Shawshank Disc Golf Course to pay to prevent fake reviews and has changed my phone number to a competitor's. They recently called me from [redacted]. An individual with an Asian accent informed me of a fabricated review by a German visitor accusing me of being racist. No one from Germany has visited my establishment, making it clear that this review is phony. I had a heated conversation with the caller, telling him to stop contacting me as I am not interested. Now, my site is incorrectly labeled as "permanently closed." This has happened before. How can I get Google to assist me with this situation?

I am seeking assistance regarding a negative interaction I had with a "Google specialist" who verbally abused and threatened me at my business on October 18th, [redacted]. The calls from this individual have become frequent, reaching 8-10 times a week, which I consider harassment. I need reassurance that I will not receive any further calls from this individual. This behavior has left me feeling disturbed and concerned for my safety. As a small business owner named Elaine, I am troubled by the thought of answering my business phone only to face more aggression from this person claiming to represent your company. Hello. I am reaching out on behalf of my mother, Frances Breslauer, who is 92 years old. She recently returned from a cruise to discover that she had been logged out of her [redacted] email account by her house/dog sitter who was staying at her home while she was away. Unfortunately, she is unable to access her emails, which are essential to her as they contain messages from relatives. My husband and I run our own business and encountered a troubling situation with our Facebook business page. Approximately 5 months ago, our account was hacked, resulting in someone using our credit card information to charge around $[redacted]. Fortunately, we were able to recover the funds. However, due to this incident, Facebook deactivated our business account, preventing us from posting advertisements. When I contacted Facebook, a person claiming to be from the company offered to resolve the issue and requested that I purchase $[redacted] worth of Google Play cards. Despite my compliance, after providing the card codes, he asked for an additional $[redacted]. When I refused, he became aggressive and insisted on the extra payment to return my funds. I have since tried multiple times to reclaim my money without success. I possess evidence of the purchases and have made numerous attempts to contact Facebook to no avail. My email has been compromised by someone named Carmen Mejia. The devices she is using, an S9 and S7, are registered under the name of Pat Mejia. She has tampered with my emails, affecting my ProtonMail and Gmail accounts which I used for recovery emails. I have evidence with screenshots that show when I attempt to reset my password, it prompts me to use an S7 or S9 that I do not own, as they belong to her ex-husband. This has caused me significant hardship as I can no longer use my VPNs and access my accounts. I am frustrated that despite using secure passwords, she managed to breach my accounts. I am seeking legal action against her for identity theft. Please provide me with the necessary steps to prosecute her. Thank you for your help.

I recently purchased a new phone, and when attempting to set it up, it failed to accept my password. After multiple unsuccessful attempts, my phone locked, advising me to wait 24 hours before trying again. Despite following this instruction 6 to 8 times, I remain locked out. Furthermore, an error message states my phone cannot complete the setup due to an unknown error. I have tried various solutions, including resetting the password, creating a new password, and attempting to use a different account, all yielding the same outcome. I urgently need this matter resolved as I am in the process of creating a new email and Google account to connect to my new phone. I am currently unable to access my Gmail account. The recovery email associated with the account has been deleted and the phone number linked to the account is no longer active. Google sent me a set of questions for verification back in February or March, to which I responded, but I have not received any further communication. I am experiencing issues when trying to use my PayPal account to buy in-game content. While other payment methods work, I keep getting an error message saying, "ERROR unfortunately your transaction can't be completed at this time. please try again later." Interestingly, I was able to make two purchases of $4.99 and $0.99 successfully, but anything higher results in the same error. Even when trying to add credits to my Google Play account through the PC, I encounter a different error message. It seems my funds are sufficient, but the transactions are not going through. Can this be resolved?

I had an earlier email address under the name [redacted] However, when I attempt to log in to access it, I am informed that the email cannot be found. Consequently, I tried to create an email with the same name, only to discover that the username was already in use. I urgently require access to my old email to retrieve my Paycor app details, specifically to view my pay stub for employment purposes. Despite the fact that I am certain my email is [redacted] as recognized by the Paycor app, I have forgotten my login information aside from my email address. Although the app promises to send the necessary credentials to reset my username and password to [redacted], my attempts to sign in prove futile with the system insisting that the email does not exist. Consequently, I attempted to create an email with the same username in the hopes of recovering the information Paycor sends to that address. Nonetheless, the system informed me that the email name was already taken, leaving me confused as to why it's impossible to create an email with that username if it supposedly does not exist.

I am having trouble installing anti-porn extensions on my Google Chrome. Even though I can install them easily, I find it frustrating that they can be deleted just as easily. When they appear on the toolbar or in the menu, I am able to delete them in one second. I would prefer for these extensions to only display in the extensions/settings page. This way, I could timelock them and prevent access to the extensions page, making it impossible to delete them. Unfortunately, Chrome does not allow you to delete extensions from both the menu and the toolbar, which seems like a limitation.
