The issue in GetHuman-dbaer's own words
To so how fix issues that were caused by update.it changed clock, made ico s smaller, Notification alarm keeps keeps going off constantly and DISPLAY color to dark and hurts my eyes ... This is about the latest update to my android (Samsung).**) The screen color is to dark, hurts my eyes.**) The clock, I do not like the clock set as a * line time. Would like it back to norma.**)Notification alarm goes off constantly, even though notification is off on all apps other than ones I need. I need to turn off phone.**)My icons got smaller, and rearranged.*I would like for you to take the latest update off my phone and put it back to the way it was before this last update.*Thank You*Deb Baer
It made a mess of phone. The most frustrating is the notification alarm, even though I turned off all but what I want. The screen color.
Take the latest update off my phone and return to former OSPLEASE MAKE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE more user friendly
