Google doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-djtermin will need to dig through the advice provided by Google, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. Here are some instructions we've written for similar issues- hopefully GetHuman-djtermin can let us know if they help or not.

The issue in GetHuman-djtermin's own words
I recently changed my password because someone stole my phone. Now I can't remember what I changed it to. There's only four passwords I use and I vary the way I use them. either all lower case, a combination of lower and upper case but last time I changed my password, Google told me I couldn't use an old password so I tried using a new variation and cannot remember what it is. I know I changed my verification phone number to my new number but google is still asking me to enter my old number. If I do enter my old number, I know it will send the * digit verification code to my old number which is my stolen phone. I am still Eliu Chavarria and I do remember what my original password was when I created my *****@***.com account. But Google doesn't ask for that. I think it would be the best way to identify it still is and always has been my account! I can also provide my driver's license number, my social security number, my physical address, my zip code in New York when I lived there, my mobile DJ service business name, the names of the videos I uploaded on YouTube, the name of the app I used to download videos from YouTube, if you were to show me a series of pics I uploaded on Google Photos I could identify which are mine and which aren't, my mom's maiden name, my birth certificate, the app I religiously download first and use the most on all my phones, my fingerprints PLEASE HELP ME RECOVER MY *****@***.com ACCOUNT! It's my primary account! PLEEEEEASE!!
