For refunds you will need to call Care Credit directly. There are a few ways to attempt to get a refund. One by calling and the other by contacting your bank to get cancel the transaction.

I have been getting a charge to my Discover Card since November of **** . It is an unauthorized monthly charge!!!! I spoke to "Karen" on December ** who stated all monthly charges would cease - but they have NOT!!!! They have continued and they have increased! Does a Class Action Suit need to be brought against Google Play in order for persons like me - who are fraudulently charged every month for a service they do NOT want -get refunds!???? You also make it impossible to contact someone via phone or online to get this resolved!!!! My charges started ******** for $**.** - then November ******** for $**.** then ******** for $**.** then ******** for $**.* then ******** for $**.** then ******** for $**.**. All these I am disputing! "Karen" stated on December **, **** I would not see another charge. Check the recording: December **, **** *:** PM and then refund my Discover Card ending in **** for those charges - and CEASE MONTHLY CHARGES! I have had enough!!!!!
GetHuman-tymcmaho did not yet indicate what Google Play should do to make this right.
