I recently made two in-app purchases on pubg mobile both of which didn't come through. I also cannot find transaction receipts of the purchases on pay.google.com. I contacted pubg mobile support and they asked me to contact google play since I can't find the receipt. The only evidence I can find for the transaction is two messages from my bank saying a specific amount was debited along with the bill numbers. *I hereby enclose the bill *numbers for both the *transactions . *BIL*ONL**************Google BIL*ONL**************Google .
GetHuman-ayishahi did not yet indicate what Google Play should do to make this right.
