I have had £***.** worth of Google Play activity on my current account over the Xmas period. I have not ordered anything. Normally I get an email receipt from Google when I purchase something - I didn't receive anything with these fraud purchases. I have checked my Google Account and someone with the user name emmacloth has third party apps with account access on **th Dec which is when the first Google Play amount was taken from my account. I don't know who this is. How do I get a refund on these amounts and also secure my account from this person? Please call or email - ** ** **** ******
