If you are looking for a refund you should call into the company as the best option is to talk with a representative about the charges. If it is fraud you should call in to cancel your card and request a refund.

I made a fraud claim with my bank on June **,**** and the total was $***.**. It was ** different charges. Someone had stolen my old phone from my grocery cart(had to buy a new one) and I'm guessing that is how the used it but I am not exactly sure. I do play games on my phone. **% of the time I buy the google play cards . I did not have any protection on my google play account back then ,like I do now,so it will not happen again. Now it needs my thumb print and the only debit card on it ,is one I put money in sometimes and not related to my bank of america card in anyway. My bank of america account gave me my money back on June **th,**** ,* day after I called in and noticed the fraudulent charges and on October *,**** (without notice)took it all back out and said it was closed. I sent in, to you, by request ,several times, a picture of my drivers license and a picture of the last * digits on my bank card. I followed everything I was supposed to do. I did not make those charges to my bank of america account and I do not know how to get that money back.It made my entire account(the time it was fraudulently taken out and when BOA took the ***.** back out)messed up and messed up other bills,ect and now I have a bunch of **.** fees.(which I know is not your fault )it says " Our records show the transaction activity in question was authorized and posted correctly to your account." I did not ,nor anyone I know,make those charges .what can I do?
