I spoke with a representative on September 24th to resolve an issue. An individual claiming to be from the IRS said I owed money for audited taxes from 2[redacted]. They stayed on the phone as I bought a $[redacted] Google Play card from Winn Dixie to make the payment. After realizing it was a scam, I didn't hand over any money. I couldn't return the card or access the funds since I'm an Apple user. I reported the incident to various authorities and banks. I need the $[redacted] back urgently as a college student with rent due on October 1st. It's frustrating that scammed funds would've been reimbursed if I paid, but I'm left without access to my money. Please assist promptly in resolving this issue and refunding the funds.

I recently purchased the song "Cake by the Ocean" from the album "That's What I Call Summer Hits" because it was the clean version. I needed it for teaching kids' dance classes. However, due to the inconsistent functionality of Google's Music app, I had to transfer it to my Samsung music app. Now, several months later, I want to reuse the song but can't redownload it. Despite deleting it to try and redownload it from the store, it appears to be unavailable. I am in a tough spot because I have a class in an hour. I would appreciate it if the song could be replaced or if I could receive a download link. Thank you.

About 30 minutes ago, I purchased "Fifty Shades of Grey" from the Google Play Store. Upon reviewing my Order History, I noticed I accidentally bought the movie instead of renting it. I am kindly requesting a refund for this purchase, as I typically prefer to rent movies on Google Play. I intended to rent "Fifty Shades of Grey," "Fifty Darker Shades of Grey," and possibly "Fifty Shades Freed" if funds allow. I hope for a prompt response regarding the refund so that I can proceed to rent the correct movies. Thank you.

Hello, I am seeking urgent assistance as my son is struggling with addiction to Google Play games. He has repeatedly spent over £[redacted] on in-game purchases, resulting in a total debt of over £[redacted] for our family. My husband is retired due to health issues, and I am currently unable to work after undergoing two knee replacement surgeries. Our son, George, who has ADHD and battles depression, has even mentioned the possibility of self-harm over this. Any help in preventing further excessive spending would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Tracey Davies [redacted]

I am experiencing difficulties with the "Royal Chaos" application and have concerns about an in-game transaction. I exchanged real money for Jades without any issues. However, my Jade balance decreased significantly without any corresponding purchases. Despite contacting the developer multiple times, I have not received a satisfactory resolution. The developer has refused to return my unspent Jades and has provided inconsistent explanations. If the Jades cannot be restored, I request a refund of my money or appropriate action taken against the app. This unfair situation should not happen to other players, especially considering the already costly pay-to-play aspect.

I recently made a purchase on the "Board Kings" game but have yet to receive it. Following a charge on my card, I contacted the developer regarding a refund. Despite reaching out multiple times and waiting for responses, I still have not received any resolution. I then attempted to seek a refund through the app developer via email, but have not heard back after 36 hours. When I tried to request a refund through Google Play Store, I received an automated message stating that refunds cannot be issued after 48 hours. I'm frustrated by the lack of assistance from both the developer and Google Play Store support pages, despite my efforts to resolve this issue.

I recently made an in-game purchase in Final Fantasy XV: A New Empire by Epic, with Order ID: GPA.3[redacted]-0[redacted]5. After reviewing my purchase, I discovered that the item I bought was not provided to me. Upon contacting their support team, I was informed that the item was not programmed into the game and would not be added. This is clearly fraudulent as I was sold something that does not exist. I attempted to request a refund for the purchase without success. The pack I bought was supposed to offer two additional expansion tiles, a rare and valuable in-game resource. Players typically acquire one tile at level 30, with one additional tile every ten levels thereafter. As no one has reached level 70 in the game yet, having two extra tiles is significant. Regrettably, the game only allows for one additional tile, not the two promised. I am willing to provide screenshots of the purchase, the actual item received, and my communication with customer service to support my claim. This situation constitutes fraud, and I am dismayed and seeking a refund for this misrepresented purchase.

I purchased an app on Flippa in April, and everything was running smoothly on Google Play until early September when I received a termination email citing a violation. Despite their claim that prior warning emails were sent, I did not receive any notifications about a violation. I haven't made any changes to the app since I acquired it. I am seeking assistance on how to resolve this issue and have the app reinstated on Google Play. I am frustrated by the lack of response and communication from Google Play regarding this matter. If anyone has suggestions on how to provide evidence that I did not receive any violation emails, please share. Thank you, Dan.

I bought a $[redacted].00 Google Play gift card on 9/28/[redacted] at Lucky Grocery Store, but it turned out to be invalid when I tried to use it. This is the second time it has happened to me. The last incident was for $[redacted].00 on 7/28/[redacted] at a Safeway store. I was promised a refund in 6 weeks, but I haven't received it yet. I am very frustrated because I bought the cards in good faith. I have tried to address this with the store manager but have not received a resolution. I am considering filing a police report for fraud. I urgently need help as my services might be disconnected due to non-payment caused by the situation with the gift card. I am struggling to find a solution and would appreciate any assistance. Best, LS.

My email account was recently compromised by hackers in California. I contacted someone who claimed to be from Google and they instructed me to purchase two $[redacted] Google Play cards to remove viruses from my phone. Unfortunately, these individuals turned out to be the hackers themselves. They took my money and even tried to extort an additional $[redacted] from me. I brought them to my Verizon store and had them speak to a representative there, but they abruptly ended the call. When I threatened to contact the FBI, they warned me to do so quickly. Despite impersonating Google Play, they are not associated with your company. As I am on a limited income from Social Security, losing $[redacted] has a significant impact on me. I kindly request that you consider reimbursing me for this fraudulent activity.

Hello, I'm writing to address a situation where funds were deducted from my bank account without my authorization for various game purchases and subscriptions. My 11-year-old stepson used my card information without approval and has made over $[redacted] worth of transactions in the past month. Although we have removed the apps and any saved account information from his devices, some apps are still deducting funds. I need guidance on how to prevent further unauthorized transactions. Thank you for your assistance and I await your response.

On October 3rd, I encountered a persisting issue with SkillShare. I initiated a free trial on August 31st, providing my debit card details, with the intention to cancel after the trial period. Upon receiving an email notifying me of the trial expiration, I attempted to cancel through Google Play. Unfortunately, I was unaware at the time that I had been automatically charged for an annual subscription. I only signed up at the request of my daughter and as a single mother, the unexpected $99.99 charge is a burden. I kindly request a refund for this error. I have already contacted SkillShare, who directed me to you for further assistance. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, I have been experiencing recurring issues with Fishing Clash. Every week I encounter problems with duels not matching correctly, specific duels with unrealistic scores, and challenges where reaching certain levels or catching certain fish seem nearly impossible. Despite having Maxed out lures, I struggle to catch level 10 or 11 fish without using powerups, only to be outperformed by other players who seemingly use nothing. This disparity is incredibly frustrating. I suspect the game is intentionally designed to push players to spend money without achieving tangible progress. There also seems to be cheats and hacks circulating, as shown in recent Youtube videos, which may explain some of the gameplay anomalies that negatively impact our experience. I am tired of dealing with these issues and believe that Fishing Clash is deceiving its players, leading them to unknowingly spend more money on powerups to advance in the game. I request a full refund of the funds I have spent, as I feel misled and cheated by these practices. Thank you, Karl

I unfortunately fell victim to a scam where a person claiming to be from Microsoft Tech Support convinced me to purchase a $[redacted] Google Play card at Dollar General in Washington, IA. I paid for the card using my debit card, and the transaction is currently labeled as "Pending" in my online banking. My bank recommended that I reach out to you for assistance. I am feeling embarrassed and hesitant to contact you by phone. Is there a way to prevent this transaction from being completed, or is it too late? Any guidance you can offer would be greatly appreciated. I can provide more information if needed. Thank you.

My family and I recently fell victim to a scam where we were threatened by individuals claiming to be from the IRS. They demanded payment in the form of Google Play cards, resulting in us losing thousands of dollars across multiple purchases from various stores. We have all the receipts and are feeling lost and distressed. Any guidance or suggestions on our next steps would be greatly appreciated. Is there a way to track the usage of these cards or potentially get a refund? We are seeking assistance and would appreciate a call or email from a representative. Thank you.

On September 28th, individuals claiming to be from the Social Security Administration contacted me. They threatened me, alleging my involvement in various crimes in the United States and internationally. They demanded $15,[redacted] to avoid visa consequences and arrest. Unaware it was a scam, I purchased Google Play gift cards, loaded them with $15,[redacted], and shared the codes before realizing it was a scam. I reported this to the police and filed claims with my bank, who couldn't refund me due to the already redeemed cards. Despite having the receipts and cards, upon redemption, I discovered the balance was already used. I request reimbursement for the unredeemed cards I purchased. I have proof of purchase, and those who redeemed them cannot prove ownership. Thank you.

On the 4th and 5th, I made a total of 5 purchases. Out of these, I only received 2 items - one for $1.99 and the other for $4.99. Then, on the 5th around 12:20 a.m., while playing 8Ball Pool, a sales ad appeared. I made 2 more $4.99 purchases for [redacted],[redacted] pool coins each. After that, I saw another ad promising close to [redacted],[redacted] coins and extras, but I never received them, including the promised pool stick from the epic box. Thinking it was a glitch, I made an additional purchase on October 5th around 12:25 a.m., bringing the total to 5 purchases through Miniclip for 8Ball Pool. When I started playing, I noticed I only received 30,[redacted] coins and [redacted] pool cash. I have documented all purchases in my Google account to show Miniclip. I have informed them of my frustration and will contact Google for immediate reimbursement for the missing coins, pool cash, and the higher-grade pool cue. I have confirmation receipts for all 5 purchases if necessary for Google Play.

I recently downloaded the Walking Dead: Road to Survival app which I find very enjoyable. However, my girlfriend made two unauthorized in-app purchases while I was asleep on October 4th, [redacted], at around 3AM. I contacted Google for a refund, but they declined, citing their policy. Despite the purchase being made within 2 hours and following their refund process, they still refused. The game developers also couldn't assist, advising me to contact Google instead. Despite Google being informed about the issue, they redirected me back to the game developers. I'm in a difficult situation as I require the money for more pressing matters. I am hopeful for a positive response from Google. Thank you for your help.

My Clash of Clans account was hacked, and my leadership of the clan was stolen. It has been nearly a month, and no action has been taken. Please help me retrieve my clan and leadership. The name of my clan is "Game of Thrones #2PY2GVGL." The person who hacked my account is "Jameiq #2PPR8VOVR." I have been playing this game for years and worked hard to get it to where it is. Please return my clan back to me. The account that was stolen from is "Vumuhe #YR8YJ2GPG." I made my smaller account the leader, and it got hacked, leading to the theft of my clan. I have contacted Supercell, but no action has been taken. I am hopeful that you will help me regain leadership of my clan. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

I have been playing Lords Mobile for over a year. On October 4th, [redacted], my account was hacked. The person who did this has dismissed troops, spent my in-game currency, and dismantled gear, causing significant damage to my account. I reached out to IGG, the creator, providing them with various proofs of ownership. However, they have refused to secure the account or roll it back to restore my items. Despite my continuous efforts, including sending multiple emails and supplying evidence, they claim the unauthorized access is normal. I am requesting a full refund for the account as a resolution. While I am willing to accept the account closure and loss of progress, I expect to be compensated for the time, effort, and money invested in the game.
