Hello, My name is Zaahir Toussaint and I am writing you because my mother was wrongfully charged for an app from your play store.**Issue: I was ordering a couple of books for her on Amazon.ca, because she was recently hospitalized for burns and did not. I used a phone (Android) that I just purchased that day and did not have a google account. I ended up returning the phone but forgot the email that I signed up with play, to use your service.**She recently reviewed her bank statement and noticed that she was charged for a subscription from the app that I used to trial. That being from Nord VPN, When I spoke to Nord's Customer Support, they informed me that they would gladly return the money, but they need the email that is associated with the account. I do not recall the account. I do have the purchase order from the bank statement:**OPOS GOOGLE *NordVPN ***-***-***NSCA (**********) **I was wondering if you could provide me with the email associated with the account so we can get her reimbursed for the charges as the account has never been used, and she is on a fixed income, even though amount is small it's a lot to her.**Much Appreciation.**Respectfully, **Zaahir Toussaint
