I have spent the whole day on the phone with Google regarding a fraudulent purchase made using Google Play gift cards totaling $[redacted]. They advised me to buy $[redacted] worth of Steam cards to reach a $[redacted] threshold for a refund, which was confusing. Despite making the additional purchase, I am yet to receive any information on how I will get my refund. I have been repeatedly put on hold and promised a refund within 30 minutes without being asked for my debit details. The support floor manager named Robin promised to call me back in 30 minutes, but upon calling back, he was unavailable. I have been on the phone with Google Play for two hours without any refund or clarity, just more money spent with no resolution in sight.

I attempted to request a refund on your website and contacted your support line without success. My account with Dragonstone Kingdoms is under the email [redacted] I was informed by the company that a bug affecting my gameplay had been resolved. Subsequently, I purchased packs relying on this bug fix, which turned out to be ineffective. The bug continuously removes a 50% defense buff crucial for my gameplay, despite me rightfully earning it. Although the issue briefly appeared to be resolved, it has now resurfaced. The company's response was unsatisfactory, stating their programmers couldn't understand the problem and wouldn't provide compensation. This situation greatly impacts game balance as my 5 million troops and those of other players rely on the missing buff. I seek a refund for the past 3 weeks due to the misleading information provided regarding the bug fix. Thank you for addressing this matter.

Hi, my name is Paige Farris. I recently noticed a charge of $1.99 for a protection policy for Hotspot on my bank account. I am not sure why this charge was made as I did not purchase this plan. I became aware of the charge when I received an email stating there was an issue with my payment setup, and my bank account is being charged $69.99. I am unsure how Google Play accessed my PayPal account without permission since I didn't enter my password. I did not authorize this purchase as I was not using Google Play nor do I know about a Hotspot protection policy. I kindly request a refund and to remove my PayPal account from Google Play. Mainly, I am seeking a reimbursement to my bank account. Thank you.

I have been playing Rise Of Empire: Kings Landing on Server 2 as PureTGK since April. I dominate the Kill Charts as the Number 1 player. I have dedicated significant time and money to this game, but the developer has released a new game, offering inadequate compensation for players to switch. I feel this is unfair as they have not updated our current game, but rather created a new version with improvements. I believe they should refund [redacted]% of the money I spent on the game to rectify this situation. While I understand time invested cannot be returned, I have a high-level castle in the game that represents months of effort. The developer resetting accounts without addressing the existing game's issues is disappointing. I seek a full refund for all purchases made since April in response to their actions.

I applied for a small personal loan online with my husband. After approval, the agent named Brian from "Universal Loans" requested that we buy a $[redacted] Google Play card to cover the loan fees. When the deposit didn't go through due to account name mismatch, Brian suggested using Western Union for the transfer but asked for another $[redacted] Google Play card. Feeling uneasy, I contacted Google who confirmed it was a scam. I'm considering providing the card details, receipts, and purchase information to track their usage. Can customer service investigate this further? The situation has caused me stress and health issues. Please reply promptly. Thank you.

Hello, my name is Nichlas, I am from Norway, so please excuse any language mistakes. I am reaching out here as I am seeking a refund for my purchases in the game Iron Throne. I am disappointed in the customer support provided by Netmarble regarding issues I have encountered in the game. Despite reaching out to their customer service, they are unwilling to process a refund, stating that all sales are final. While I understand Google's policies on in-app purchases, I am at a loss as to who can assist me if the app developers are uncooperative. I simply wish to receive a refund and distance myself from this game/app. I have faced cyberbullying and discrepancies in the game, such as not receiving all the items promised in certain packs. I am desperate to move on from this situation and not lose the money I have invested in something that no longer brings me enjoyment.

I've activated what seems like my 15th device this year, and it turns out Google Play Music only allows up to 14 authorizations per year. I used 5 phones, 5 other devices, and had to deauthorize and reauthorize 4 devices. The 14th device I activated was defective, and now that I have a replacement, I can't deauthorize any devices to stay within the limit. I tried looking for ways to reset the authorization list, but all the information I found is outdated. Google no longer offers direct contact, so I'm stuck with a self-service troubleshooting page that doesn't address this issue. I'm not trying to break any rules; I just test many devices and like to stream music. If I'm paying for the service, shouldn't I be allowed to use it on any device I sign into? I might have to cancel my subscription if I can't get Google to reset this for me. They shouldn't set strict limits without offering support options for customers like me.

I fell for a $[redacted] grant scam and paid $[redacted] to process it. When my credit score wasn't high enough, I spent $[redacted] to improve it, but it didn't work. To get my money back, I had to spend an additional $[redacted], which also didn't happen. After speaking with Eric Selvic on Thursday, I was transferred to Mike Jordan, a floor supervisor in California, who requested another $[redacted]. I was put on hold for 18 minutes and then disconnected. When I called back, I couldn't reach anyone to confirm the refund to my checking account. Despite leaving seven messages, I never received a response. I've lost $[redacted] and feel upset that I fell for this scam. Please contact me at [redacted]. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly. Thank you, Char Holskey

I recently encountered misleading advertising for the game "Stellar Age." Initially, they promoted it as a single server game, but to my surprise, there are actually over 30 servers. I made in-game purchases under the impression it was a new game, only to discover my server merged with an older one. This merging tactic seems designed to push newer server players into spending more to catch up, resembling a bait-and-switch strategy. I am seeking a full refund for all my purchases due to this deceptive practice. At the very least, the game should transparently disclose the presence of multiple servers to avoid misleading players. There are also advertised features missing from the actual gameplay, which I could forgive if the initial premise of a single server had held true.

Pop!Slots appears to have increased their prices, making it difficult for players like myself to win. Despite playing for months and spending over $[redacted] on the game, I keep losing. What frustrates me the most is seeing others win billions while I struggle to win anything. It feels like they are targeting certain players to win and making others lose consistently. The game seems rigged as I observe players at lower levels winning big while I, at level [redacted], struggle to win or make any progress. I enjoy the game but feel cheated by these unfair practices. It would be beneficial for the company to be audited to assess how many players are being treated unfairly. I hope for a more balanced gaming experience and suggest adjustments to the betting system to prevent unnecessary loss due to button placement.

Hello, I am currently experiencing issues with charges on my Google Play account. In April, I signed up for Netflix and opted to pay through Google Play. In July, Netflix informed me my subscription was canceled due to payment failure. I then renewed my subscription with direct payment through Paypal. Surprisingly, I recently discovered Google Play continued to charge me, resulting in double payment since July. Despite attempts to cancel the Google Play subscription, I encounter an error message (Error retrieving information from server, DF-DFERH-01) preventing cancellation. I am also unable to receive calls due to being in Sudan with possible internet restrictions. I have confirmed with Netflix that my payment method is Paypal only. My request is to cancel the Google Play subscription to cease future charges and potentially receive a refund for the months of overpayment. Thank you for your assistance and I eagerly await your response. Regards, Siara

I am seeking a refund for Pandora Premium as I was billed before the end of my trial period. Despite canceling my subscription, I have not received a refund for the premature charge. The incident occurred on Sept 5, [redacted], before my trial’s completion on Sept 6, [redacted]. The order number associated with this issue is GPA.3[redacted]-0[redacted]2, with the subscription start date being Aug 7, [redacted], at 11:39:16 AM EDT. The item in question is the Pandora Premium Monthly Subscription billed at $0.00. I am hopeful to resolve this matter promptly and receive the refund for the unauthorized charge.

My brother was recently playing a game, DBZ Dokkan Battle, when my sister accidentally deleted it off his phone. I reinstalled the app, but it started a new game instead of restoring the original progress. I reached out to Bandai Namco customer support to recover the account, and they asked for details including the purchase history. The issue is that I also play the game with a separate account, so my Google receipts don't specify which account or device the purchases are linked to. I'm wondering if there's a way to view the purchase history and differentiate between accounts or devices.

I contacted Cash App regarding my missing Cash App card that I ordered four months ago. I spoke with a representative named Kathy who informed me that $[redacted].36 had been spent from my account by someone with my card. She advised me to purchase Google Play cards in increments of $[redacted] each. I followed this instruction and bought two cards. Subsequently, another representative named Sam instructed me to buy two more cards at $[redacted] each and one additional card for $90 to cover state taxes. I was assured that I would be reimbursed for the card purchases and the amount stolen. However, when I contacted my bank, they mentioned no deposit attempts had been made. Cash App then alleged my bank declined the refund and ceased communication. After spending $[redacted] on Google Play cards, I realized I fell victim to a Cash App scam. My primary concern is to receive a $[redacted] refund for the cards as I urgently need the funds for rent.

I noticed that my Google Play credit balance was significantly lower than expected, prompting me to purchase more credit. Although the money was deducted from my account, I did not receive an OTP. Despite my existing Google Play credit being utilized, I was charged extra. This was my initial experience of making a purchase without OTP validation for payment. The app in question is Daybreak Legends. The use of OTP verification is essential for transparent payment transactions, as lacking this violates the Terms of Service. I kindly request a review of this app's access to user accounts without requiring OTP confirmation.

My apologies, I have noticed a charge of $6.99 on my account for a game that my kids purchased on a malfunctioning phone that I returned. Despite not playing the game, I have been continuously billed by Google since September 4th. I realized the source of the charges when I checked my boyfriend's email, who is the kids' father, as I use an Apple phone. It seems the kids might have inadvertently made the purchases. The game was only played for one day before the phone was sent back due to defects. I kindly request a one-time refund for the weekly charges and request the subscription to be canceled promptly. The order number is GPA.3[redacted]-3[redacted]8..1. Thank you for your assistance.

I recently fell victim to a scam where I was asked to use Google Play cards to refund an overpaid deposit to my checking account. The scammers claimed they accidentally deposited $[redacted] too much and requested I buy gift cards to reimburse the difference. Despite suggesting they just take the excess back, they insisted I follow their peculiar procedures. I naively bought $[redacted] worth of Google Play cards for them, only to have my computer held hostage. When I tried to confirm the deposit in my account, they accused me of theft. It turned out they had created a fake online version of my bank statement. I realized my mistake too late and want to warn others to stay alert. Best regards, Linda L Rodgers

I attempted to cancel my subscription, but when I checked the subscriptions section, it displayed that I had no active subscriptions. I tried using the app, but it kept looping back to the empty subscription page. I reached out to support but did not receive a response. Unfortunately, I have now been charged $84, even though I took steps to cancel the subscription. This is frustrating as I do not want to spend this amount on an unused app. I am hoping for a resolution and a refund. I have been a loyal Google Play user for over four years and have never encountered such an issue before. I am looking forward to getting this sorted out and avoiding similar problems in the future.

I received a phone call informing me that I was granted $8,[redacted]. All I had to do was pay a $[redacted] registration fee at my local Walmart, which I was told I would get back. Following their instructions, I purchased two $[redacted] Google Play cards and one $25 card at Walmart. The caller assured me I would leave with the grant money, which turned out to be all the funds I had for September from my $[redacted] monthly income. Unfortunately, the person on the phone obtained the card numbers. Can Google Play assist me in this situation? Thank you for any guidance.

My golf clash account was compromised recently. Upon logging in, I noticed a significant reduction in my coins and premium balls. I suspect malicious activity or a possible issue from the app developers, especially since this occurred shortly after raising concerns with them. Despite reaching out, they have been uncooperative, rendering the game unenjoyable at my current level. Requesting the restoration of my coins has proved unsuccessful, leaving me no choice but to request a refund for all expenses made in the game. The in-game currency holds value, and unauthorized use constitutes fraudulent behavior. I am seeking reimbursement for these unauthorized charges promptly. Thank you, A. King.
