I Scott Mateo was advised by one of your representatives on how to fix my account over the phone to go purchase a Google play card of $***.** dollars scratch the number and give them the code and within minutes I'd be able to access my phone.I asked for confirmation if I was purchasing the correct product ,because it says not redeemable from buyer .So gave all the information proper I needed to give and ,the transaction never worked I was told my money was stuck in the server .That I had to wait three days to receive my $***.** dollars back couldn't get anyone on the phone for days spent *hour and forty four minutes on the phone spoke with a guy whose end was disconnected while on hold,then waited another ** minutes to be told I had to call back tomorrow.Either or I'm so dissatisfied on the whole situation.I didn't get my email password changed to get into my zte five c or my money back ,and I feel as though through all these troubles I've had my money should be replaced I don't care about the phone anymore so my money back would be greatly appreciated. thanks
