I was trying to buy gems. I was charged but never got the gems. ... I purchased *** gems on tank stars for **.** and still have not gotten the gems for it. I have tried emailing the app makers and Google play to no avail. If this problem cannot be fixed I would like a full refund.
The worst part about is I have gotten zero help at all fixing this.
Ideally I would like my gems, maybe a few extras thrown in for the trouble. But at the very least I would like a full refund of **.**
I have been a customer for a couple years now and finally recently felt comfortable to start spending money on apps, but this may change that perspective.
I have tried emailing the people who made them game and gotten no response. I have tried calling the help line to talk to a representative, only to be greeted by an automated service that just tells me essentially to get back online to figure it out.
