I am concerned that my previous business, Post Road Recreation Center in Indianapolis, IN, is still showing my old cell phone number on Google Maps even though I closed it in November [redacted]. Despite various attempts, I have been unsuccessful in removing the listing. The constant phone calls I receive for a business that no longer exists are causing significant inconvenience. I have tried reclaiming the listing and changing the phone number to no avail. Even after renaming it to "Permanently Closed," the incorrect information persists. This situation is infringing on my privacy and causing unwanted disturbances.

Google Maps I have noticed that when I zoom in on your maps, the information on the screen remains quite small and difficult to read. It gets cluttered with more details as I zoom further, making it overwhelming to navigate. It would be beneficial if hovering the cursor over a street name or route number could make it pop out for easier reading. This feature would greatly assist not only older individuals with vision impairments but also younger users. It would be helpful if there was a designated point while zooming where hovering the arrow could magnify the text and provide clearer information. Additionally, the "More" option on the map should be represented by a question mark symbol instead of a magnifying glass.

As a daily delivery driver who relies on Google Maps, I've noticed a significant amount of inaccuracies in the address locations provided. Streets, buildings, and directions are frequently wrong, leading to incorrect routes and wasted time. Over the past two weeks, I've taken it upon myself to correct these errors by submitting feedback, fixing around 10-30 locations per day. While I initially didn't mind helping out, it's becoming burdensome to continuously rectify these mistakes without any compensation. I believe that my knowledge of the area can greatly improve the accuracy of Google Maps in this region, making it a more reliable tool for everyone. If there's a way for me to be fairly compensated for the time and effort I put into fixing these issues regularly, I would be more motivated to continue providing accurate information.

I want to address the ongoing issue with the entrance to Mazama High School. The correct entrance is at the intersection of Summers Lane and Hilyard Ave in Klamath Falls, OR, not at Ezell Ave. Ezell Ave, situated on the east side of Summers Lane, is a private driveway that leads to a dead-end street, completely fenced off with no access to the school. On this private property, there are six families residing with young children playing around. Numerous "Private Property" signs are displayed along the [redacted]-foot gravel road. Despite markers indicating it's not the school entrance, Google directs visitors to turn onto Ezell Ave. This misinformation has led to school buses and vehicles causing damage to the property. Requests to leave are met with threats, endangering the children present. Urgent action is needed to correct this misleading information. Regards, Dennis Z.

On September 14th, an individual arrived at our office claiming to be from Google Maps but provided no identification or visible branding on their vehicle. This raised concerns about their authenticity and intentions. Can Google Maps confirm if representatives are sent to business buildings for phone coordinate collection? We seek clarification for the safety of our business complex. Kindly respond to this query via email through Get Human, as it appears to be the most direct channel to reach Google Maps. If there is an alternative method to receive a response from Google Maps, please advise us accordingly through this communication.

The address of the property located at 8 Gary Pointe Road, Elkview, WV [redacted] was officially changed by the [redacted] office approximately 6 months ago to [redacted] Walgrove Road. This update affects my driveway as well as an access road leading up the mountain. I believe the cell tower located in the area still uses the name 8 Gary Pointe for their road which diverts from our driveway up the mountain towards their site. To assist with better navigation for individuals accessing the tower, it might be helpful to officially designate the road leading to the tower as 8 Gary Pointe Road. The primary access road stemming from Walgrove Road should be recognized as [redacted] Walgrove Road as it continues past the entrance to the tower. Your cooperation in addressing this matter would be greatly appreciated. Feel free to reach me via email at [redacted]

I intended to visit the Apple Store at OakBrook Center in OakBrook, IL. Google Maps led me to the mall, but inaccurately located the Apple store on the wrong side, being an outdoor mall with multiple levels, this caused confusion. Despite following the walking directions on Google Maps, I couldn't locate the store leading to a waste of time. Eventually, by referencing the mall directory, we discovered the store. It was frustrating. I was informed that Apple Store used to exist where Google Maps directed us, but that was many years ago. I recommend updating the map of OakBrook Center for accuracy.

Hello Google Maps, I am in need of assistance with adding new locations to the map. As a missionary in East Africa, I work with new Churches that are spread out. My task is to include them on the map with relevant information and photos. However, I am encountering issues with the verification process. Since I am in the USA and the churches have international phone numbers, it is challenging for the pastors to provide me with the verification code. One church I added, Kanisa La PEFA Misigune, is appearing in the incorrect location, and I cannot seem to correct it. Additionally, the photos I upload for each location are not all visible to the public due to lack of verification. I have 20 more churches to add and want them to be accessible to everyone. Can you assist me in resolving these problems? Thank you for your attention.

The village of Rayleigh, British Columbia, Canada is incorrectly positioned on both Google Maps and Google Earth. In Google Maps, Rayleigh is described as being on the east side of the North Thompson River along Highway #5, but it is actually located on the west side. Other mapping sources show Rayleigh in the correct spot. When searching for Rayleigh in Google Maps, the outline of the village is accurate, but the name is placed incorrectly on the map. This is my second try reaching out to Google Maps to report this error and ask for it to be corrected.

Regarding the name of your site: "La Flor Retirement Village - Thriving in Community" Thank you for the update on the site views. While it's good to track this, it's crucial for visitors to receive accurate information. I would appreciate it if you could correct the name of my retirement community. The official name is La Flor Retirement Village, a residential development, not a retreat as indicated. Our motto is "Thriving in Community," not part of the name. I kindly request that you update the name to La Flor Retirement Village. There is no mention of VERDETERRA in the name, and "Thriving in Community" is a separate phrase.

I work at a retirement community located at 1 Baldwin Ave in San Mateo, CA. The Google Maps App consistently directs Uber, Lyft, and other delivery services to the back of our building on St. Matthews Ave, causing packages to be left unattended and residents to miss important medical appointments. I have reported this error on the app but have not received any response. Please assist us in contacting Google Maps to correct this issue promptly. Thank you, Jennifer S.

When searching for our location, individuals are directed to Albright Way, which appears to require travel through neighboring backyards. Similarly, when requesting directions, it seems as though passage through a backyard is necessary to access Albright Way, which is inaccurate. Our address is [redacted] Dry Wells Road, Quarryville, PA [redacted]. Additionally, directions from Route [redacted] through Dry Wells Road and Hess Road to Route [redacted] result in heavy traffic on township roads nestled between two State Roads, creating an inconvenience. This routing is also incorrect.

At Cortez Villas located at [redacted] 36th Ave W, Bradenton, FL [redacted], a 55+ community with condominiums, residents are facing challenges with ride services like Uber. When entering their address in Google Maps, the drop-off point is at the community's clubhouse, not at their specific condo. This has resulted in missed appointments as the ride services only stop at the clubhouse. The residents are in need of a solution as they heavily rely on these services for transportation. Various attempts with different addresses in the community still lead to the same issue of incorrect drop-off locations. It is imperative that individual condo addresses are accurately reflected on mapping services to ensure proper transportation for the residents. Any assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

After 25 years of using Zillow, I noticed that the photo of my house located at [redacted] Ridgerun Ln. [redacted] is incorrect. The image shows [redacted] Parkhollow, which is on an adjacent street in our development. I believe the information refers to my house, but I am not sure. I am concerned because having the wrong photo could impact my ability to sell my home, and I do not want the picture blurred as it might create financial challenges. I attempted to contact Google Maps and Zillow regarding this issue, but they were unable to resolve it. It is important that this mistake is corrected promptly. Thank you for your assistance in addressing this matter. - Bruce S.

I reside at [redacted] Ridgerun Ln. in [redacted]. For approximately 25 years, Zillow has featured a photo of my property. However, last week, the picture displayed was from [redacted] Parkhollow, a nearby street in our development. I believe the information corresponds to my house but I cannot confirm. Despite my attempts, Zillow refused to address the issue, suggesting I contact Google Maps to blur the image. I firmly oppose this solution as it may impact the future sale of my home. Unfortunately, my efforts to reach Google have been unsuccessful. Rectifying this issue with Google Maps seems straightforward if only I could get in touch with them. Sincerely, Bruce Sagel.

I have been trying to update my address weekly. You acknowledge that [redacted] and [redacted] exist, yet [redacted] Tavistock Circle is not recognized, redirecting deliveries to [redacted] Kingsbolt. Although Apple Maps shows the correct location, the issue persists on other platforms. My address is on Tavistock Circle, and despite attempts to correct this, delivery personnel keep going to Kingsbolt. This discrepancy shouldn't be so challenging to resolve. Despite my frequent reports, the problem remains unaddressed.

Hello, I am Nick D., residing in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. I am reaching out to inquire if it would be feasible for the Google Maps car to visit our neighborhood sometime this year to update the images of the houses in our area. The current images available on Google Maps for the homes around my residence date back to [redacted]. Additionally, some of the recently constructed houses in our neighborhood do not even appear in the search results. Is there a possibility to address this matter and have the Google Maps car update the images in our area? Thank you.

Hello, I hope you're having a great day! I am a team member at O Chicken. We currently operate in 13 locations listed on Google Maps. However, when searching, only 12 locations appear, and specifically, Kotara does not show up. The address for O Chicken Kotara is: ShopFC05, Level 2 Food Court, Northcott Dr, Kotara NSW [redacted], Australia. I am unsure of the cause of this issue, could you assist me in resolving it? Furthermore, I have noticed variations in the number of restaurants displayed during searches. Sometimes 6, 7, or 12 locations are shown. I would appreciate any insight into why this inconsistency occurs. Thank you in advance for your help. Looking forward to your response!
