All donations received are intended for Nalin's wife, who tragically lost her husband at a young age. Currently, GoFundMe is withholding the funds due to a discrepancy in beneficiary names. I have submitted all necessary documentation verifying Global Charities and my own identity. I reassured them that I will provide evidence, including a cancelled check, once the funds are released to Nalin's wife, despite her not being listed as a beneficiary. I attempted to send information via my phone to explain the need for $2,[redacted]. Due to identity theft since March [redacted], I received a call stating my social security number was compromised, leading to the hacker attempting to open accounts in OK and TX. Investigations revealed my IP address through Google was the entry point for the breach. Reading an online article exposed practices Google and Facebook employ regarding IP addresses, potentially facilitating hackers and identity thieves. The $2,[redacted] will aid in resolving the final payment hurdle, as my income from SSDI falls below low-income thresholds when multiplied annually.

I am reaching out to discuss the fees imposed by gofundme. I tried in vain to find a contact number for customer support online, hence resorting to this email. My concern is related to my son's fundraising efforts for our local hospital that cares for his severely disabled child. Due to a busy life, he inadvertently created a fundraising page without realizing gofundme deducts handling fees from each donation. I understand the necessity of the company to generate revenue, but I kindly request the reimbursement of the £63 charged in fees so that all raised funds can benefit the hospital. I acknowledge that fee information is likely outlined in the terms and conditions, but given my son's overwhelming responsibilities caring for his child with complex medical needs, I appeal for compassion in this situation. He meant well by supporting the hospital and unintentionally selected a platform where not all funds reach the intended charity. This discrepancy could mislead donors and impact the charity's potential funds. Despite initial impressions from media coverage, the clarity of fee deductions becomes apparent only upon closer inspection, leading to his oversight. Hello, I urgently need assistance with managing 2 GoFundMe accounts for burn victims. The first account is named "Frankie Ridolfi- Benefit Account," while the second account is called "Augie Ridolfi Recovery - Burn Center." Unfortunately, there seems to be incorrect banking information entered in the second account, "Augie Ridolfi Recovery - Burn Center." An amount of $[redacted].36 was mistakenly withdrawn from the wrong bank linked to the "Augie Ridolfi Recovery - Burn Center" funds, as it shares the same incorrect banking information as the "Frankie Ridolfi- Benefit Account." Here are my two urgent requests: 1. Please halt or retrieve the $[redacted].36 withdrawal and ensure it is returned to the "Augie Ridolfi Recovery - Burn Center." 2. The edit function for the banking/withdrawal details on the "Augie Ridolfi Recovery - Burn Center" is not functioning correctly. I need the incorrect banking information cleared promptly. I was disheartened to learn about being charged for a GoFundMe question. It's been tough dealing with our situation, and requesting more money just added to the stress. Living in a rural area with limited support and not being tech-savvy as a senior has made it difficult. I successfully set up the withdrawal with my bank account and received an email confirming it, but when I logged into the Go Fund Me app on my phone last night, it said there was an issue. Despite trying to reset my password using my email, I kept encountering errors. I am unable to access Go Fund Me to address the problem and ensure I receive the funds on the 14th as needed. I would like to comment on the deceitful woman featured in the CNN interview. It is unacceptable that she may keep any remaining funds from her deceitful scheme if donors do not retrieve their contributions within two weeks. It is disturbing that she could profit from her lies and set a bad example for others. Instead of allowing her to benefit from the unclaimed donations, the funds should be transferred to a deserving and truthful cause if donors do not seek refunds. Many donors might remain unaware of her deceitful actions and believe their contributions supported a genuine cause. GoFundMe should intervene and ensure that this dishonest individual, who exploited children and falsely claimed to be their parent, does not profit financially. This woman should face legal consequences for fraud and exploiting children. Beth M.

Hello, I organized a GoFundMe campaign to support individuals affected by the wildfires in Greece. Several donors provided contributions in cash or by check, allowing me to deposit a $[redacted] check successfully. However, I encountered issues when attempting to process a $1,[redacted] check from another donor. I deposited the $1,[redacted] in my checking account and hoped to donate it to the GoFundMe under the donor's name and email for tax receipt purposes. Unfortunately, the transaction for the $1,[redacted] donation has not been successful. I am also looking to add a $25,[redacted] donation to the GoFundMe. Any advice on the best approach to resolve these issues and ensure the donors receive the proper acknowledgment would be greatly appreciated.

My brother, Gerardo C., passed away on March 6th, and Alexander C. created a GoFundMe fundraiser. He, being my brother's coworker, sent a portion of the funds to me, Jasmine C., Gerardo's Sister. However, almost 6 months have passed, and I have not received the rest of the funds. Despite my requests, Alexander C. has been unresponsive. We launched a fundraising campaign, "Help Dusty Live a Full Life," organized by Philip Snell. All banking information was set up for daily emergency withdrawals for the kitty. After reaching $[redacted], the fundraiser disappeared following a withdrawal on the 16th. On the 17th, we couldn't find the fundraiser to check for new donations. Does its disappearance affect previous withdrawals? Additionally, since we hadn't met our goal, we tried to start a new fundraiser with the same purpose, titled "Dusty," organized by Phil George Snell. However, we're facing numerous issues trying to raise the remaining funds. Both of us are encountering login problems and are unable to set up banking details. We're receiving error messages consistently, and we're unsure why we're struggling to set up the fundraiser for the same purpose.

Hello, My friend recently initiated a GoFundMe campaign which was successful. When creating the account, we intended to make a personal fundraiser but encountered difficulty as the system kept requesting information about a company. Despite my friend having a small company, it lacks a website, which is now needed to withdraw funds. We reached out to GoFundMe and Stripe support, but Stripe insists on a company website. Is there a way to convert the account from a company to a personal one after starting the campaign? This would eliminate the need for a company website we don't possess. I created a GoFundMe page for Courtney Dunn, whose youngest child's father tragically passed away on August 24th. The page was set up to assist with expenses for the children. Unfortunately, her in-laws or ex-in-laws entered her home, disposed of all her and the kids' belongings by throwing them in the dumpster, and the items were then ruined by heavy rain. They have also been reporting every attempt to help Courtney, including reporting the GoFundMe page. Rory Dunn, the deceased, left a note blaming his wife for everything. His parents have cut her off completely, not even including her in the funeral arrangements. I am struggling to help Courtney access the funds from the GoFundMe page before it gets reported again. The funeral is scheduled for today at Osakis Catholic Church. It's a difficult situation, and I am at a loss for words on how to proceed.
