I am attempting to launch a campaign for a beneficiary other than myself. I was able to get into my account only once and started the process, but was stopped at the “invitation to beneficiary” step. I tried several email addresses associated with the beneficiary and all were unsuccessful. I even created a gmail account for her and received no invitations from GoFundMe. Now, when I attempt to sign in, the platform sends me in a loop that will not allow me to sign in with Facebook and won’t accept a password. When I attempt to use the “forgot password” feature, using my own email address, I receive nothing from GoFundMe and the platform sends me in an endless loop. Today is my second day of attempting start this campaign and Im getting nowhere!**I need help in getting past these issues, so that the campaign to help my friend can be launched. Highly time sensitive.
