The issue in GetHuman-awbritt's own words
I have purchased two cards. I put $** on one and $** on the other. I followed the instructions on the package as to setting up the cards. For over a week, I constantly got a message that you all were having "technical difficulties, try back later." Today, I get a message that I already have an account which I do but there is no money in it. I am sitting here with * cards with money on them that you all are holding hostage because I cannot get anyone to activate them. Could you please help me?*I am also a bit frustrated being there is NO ONE to talk to when you call the contact number.
