My name is Debra Miller. My issue is repair*warranty. I bought a certified **** SRX on May **, ****. It now has **,*** miles on it. *On Tuesday, May **, while sitting in my car waiting to have my groceries brought out at Walmart, my heated mirror cracked. I didn't see it crack, but when I parked it was fine, when I went to back out it was cracked. The car was running while I waited, because it was hot outside. I made an appointment with my nearest Cadillac dealer, C Harper in Belle Vernon, PA. They said it looks like a rock flew up and hit it since the mirror doesn't have the normal "spider" web crack. They said GM wouldn't approve the repair. I asked how a rock would hit that side of the mirror, and I asked why there is a yellow burn mark plainly visible on the outside of the mirror if a rock hit it. They just didn't want to fix the car since I didn't buy it there! I want the mirror replaced and I would like the wiring checked too. This car could possibly combust on its own if it has faulty wiring.*In essence, I want GM to honor the bumper to bumper warranty.*I already have a claim number, *-**********. *I have been receiving emails from someone, that they have tried to call me but I haven't picked up. They are supposed to be calling my cell phone, and I've given that number * times now. No calls have come in. I emailed this contact at **:** EST today and asked if she was going to call me. I have not heard from her, and I don't think she has been calling me at all. Please contact me and let me know what your intentions are, or what I need to do. I have pictures of my mirror that I could send.
