I was using zoom and also had I think an HP upgrade and now I don't have any of the settings* microsoft* task bar is incomplete* a whole new look when starting computer. I shut down computer and restarted and it reset to the new screen that appeared after a HP update. Hard to connect except through Edge. I downloaded chrome but I can not get to work. HELP I want my old opening screen and programs back.
GetHuman5388193 did not yet indicate what Geek Squad should do to make this right.
