We had to take her whole system down and move it in after we hooked it all back up we can’t get Netflix to come back up and we don’t know what to do I’ve tried everything with looked at the manuals and basically we’re confused so everything should work according to the manuals but it doesn’t my phone number is ***-***-**** and you can call at anytime this is my cell phone thank you It’s a Bravia sony TV with a Sony Blu-ray player and we have AT&T U-verse wireless

We had all the manuals and diagrams. We explained to the tech over the phone that all was working but no sound. He recongized the problem. We had the HMID CABLE*backwards. Once that was reversed all was was AOK
