We tried switching from AT & T to Time Warner Cable. Our computers do not log on to the Time Warner *** mb internet service but sign on just fine to the AT & T ** mb service. We need a networking specialist to come help get this working. The Time Warner technician could not fix it and says it is our network problem. It has also fouled up our network scanning. I have a maintenance account with Geek Squad under Daniel Muhe at ***-***-**** cell number.
GetHuman-danmuhe did not yet indicate what Geek Squad should do to make this right.
