On April *, **** I bought a Garmin Drive **LM at Walmart. It has worked fine with the exception of once this summer. On Saturday October **, **** it worked fine in the morning and when I tried to use it in the afternoon the screen was blank. I continued to charge it while I was driving to my destination * hours away and nothing happen. We have numerous Garmin navigation systems, so I did try charging it with another cord, but still nothing. I tried to return the product to Walmart, but they said I needed to contact you. I travel for work and pleasure constantly and can not be without a navigation system. On Saturday evening I did purchase "ANOTHER' Garmin navigation system because I was traveling the next day. This time I purchased it at Best Buy in hopes if there are any issues they would be better to deal with. I have been a Garmin customer for years and have purchased * or * of your systems. I'm currently looking at * Garmin boxes on my desk. I really need you to do something in the monetary realm for me. I have the receipts for the purchase in April and the one on Saturday. Both systems were registered with your website. I have been a Garmin fan and purchase your devices for all my children(we have * and no it isn't a misprint) when they get their drivers license. If you can not rectify this situation to my satisfaction I will not only jump ship , but I will return the product I purchased on ********. I'm trusting you will treat this situation the way you would want it handled if you were in my shoes. Thank you for your time and I'm looking forward to this being taken care of in a timely manner.
